Our team of risk control specialists stand ready to help with advice, training and mentorship. Our primary goal
is to make our insureds’ operation safer by guiding them in methods and practices proven to control the risks
associated with their business environment. Risk control can help whether our insureds’ work is public or
private, it may involve airport management, corporate flight operations, air charter, agricultural aerial
applications, maintenance and repair, and service/support for both airplanes and helicopters.

Meet the Team.
Ray Wall - Risk Control Manager / Dallas, Texas

Ray is an aviation risk control professional with over 30 years of experience who has conducted safety
engineering evaluations worldwide. He is responsible for the managerial oversight of the department including
client assignments, budgeting, inter-departmental coordination and quality control of department products and
reports. Ray also provides on-site safety assistance to our valued clients and actively participates with many
aviation safety organizations.
Prior to joining Old Republic Aerospace, Ray worked at Omniflight Helicopters, Inc. where he was responsible
for regulatory compliance, risk management, operations and safety. Previously, at Air Logistics / Bristow Group, he was responsible
for the western hemisphere quality and safety activities and worked on global industry initiatives to reduce accidents with the
International Helicopter Safety Team (AHS, HAI, etc.). Ray instructed Federal Aviation Administration, military and civilian personnel
in accident investigation at the Transportation Safety Institute. He was a federal accident investigator with the National Transportation
Safety Board and responsible for worldwide aviation risk management programs while with USAIG.
Ray holds a Bachelor in Aeronautical Sciences and is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Safety Center, the NTSB’s Accident Investigation
School and the National Aviation Safety Academy. He has his Commercial Pilot’s Certificate with instrument ratings in both airplanes
and helicopters, single and multi-engine with over 6,000 hours of flight experience and served in the U.S. Army for 12 years.
Ray Stanton - Risk Control Specialist / Dallas, Texas

Ray is a highly qualified aviation safety and risk management professional. He is an experienced IS-BAO
auditor and implementer and has assisted corporate, airport and commercial flight operations attain IS-BAO
registration as Safety Management System compliant operators. He is charged with ensuring that ORA
insureds comply with safety and Workers’ Compensation regulations. Ray provides recommendations and
requested safety assistance to each client assigned and develops opportunities to improve their safety controls.
He is cognizant of the latest safety advances impacting the aviation industry.
Ray has over 20 years of experience with occupational and safety management systems. Prior to joining Old Republic Aerospace,
he was the vice president for Safety and Loss Control Services for AIG Aerospace. Previous risk control work experience includes
director of safety for Omniflight Helicopters, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the safety program for 35 hospital contracts
and a fleet of over 50 aircraft and for training and supervising 35 safety specialists. Ray served as check airman in the BK-117,
EC-135 and BHT-206L helicopters and provided instrument proficiency training in various airplanes.
Ray received his Professional Aeronautics Bachelor's Degree and his MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds a
Commercial Pilot’s Certificate in both single and multi-engine airplanes and helicopters. Additionally, he had a distinguished 20 year
career with the U.S. Army.
Eleazar Nepomuceno - Risk Control Specialist / Dallas, Texas

Eleazar has extensive knowledge and unique skills related to aviation safety, aircraft accident investigation,
aviation operations, aviation and occupational emergency planning management, systems safety management
and aviation maintenance. He is responsible for ensuring that ORA insureds comply with safety and workers’
compensation regulations. He provides safety services for each client assigned and recommends methods by
which the insured can improve their safety procedures.
Prior to joining Old Republic Aerospace, Eleazar worked as an airframe and powerplant technician for Universal
Helicopters Inc. and as an Assistant Air Safety Investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board. He also honorably served in
the United States Marine Corps for 5 years as a Bell UH-1 and AH-1 maintenance supervisor, maintenance technician, aircrew
member and vibrations analysis program manager.
Eleazar holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with an emphasis on aviation safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
He will receive his Masters of Science in Safety Science in December 2015. He holds a Commercial Pilot’s Certificate with an
instrument rating in helicopters and an Airframe and Powerplant Technician Certificate.

Business Aircraft / Corporate Aviation
Old Republic Aerospace can provide an extensive set of aircraft liability and physical damage coverages for today’s general aviation
aircraft. Aircraft physical damage limits up to $35 million and liability limits of up to $300 million are available for qualified accounts.
Coverages can be combined to match an insured’s unique set of risks.
Commercial Aviation
We offer insurance plans for a wide range of commercial aviation businesses including privately owned airports, FBOs, charter
operators, university flight programs aerial photography, sight-seeing, aircraft repair and service and fueling operations just to name
a few.
Workers’ Compensation
Our highly skilled, in-house workers’ compensation team provides comprehensive workers’ compensation coverage and claims
service to a wide variety of aviation-related operations. Program offerings include guaranteed cost and loss sensitive programs,
repatriation expense for foreign travel, sliding scale dividend programs and the NBAA Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program exclusively for NBAA members.
Manufactured Products
We can offer an aviation manufactured products liability policy protecting a manufacturer against third party legal liability arising from
physical damage or bodily injury as a result of an alleged non-critical aviation product failure or defect. Liability limits are available up
to $50 million CSL including property damage, bodily injury and grounding liability.
Airlines
The Old Republic Aerospace in-house underwriting and claim experts are highly trained, experienced and well positioned to serve
the airline industry. We offer a diverse array of tailored coverages for the domestic, narrow-body airline segments.
Airports and Government Entities
Our Airport and Government Entity team has the expertise to underwrite comprehensive and competitively priced products. We
provide specialized industry-specific products and services for commercial and general aviation airport operators and government/
municipal aircraft (fixed-wing and rotor-wing).
Agricultural Aviation
We can provide a full array of aircraft physical damage and liability coverages designed for aerial applicators operating piston or
turbine powered aircraft, fixed-wing or rotor-wing. In addition, we offer our Agricultural Aviation policy form - a broad policy form for
aerial applicator coverage.
Light Aircraft / Pleasure & Business
In addition to Hull, Liability and Medical Expense coverages, we offer a broad array of contingent coverages for light aircraft including
use of non-owned aircraft, hurricane relocation expense reimbursement, search and rescue, runway foaming, extra expense for
renting a replacement aircraft and much more.
Aviation Property
Aviation property coverage is available for property, crime and inland marine exposures. Don’t rely on a regular property and casualty
