Hi Sara,
The purpose of this message is to inform you that Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. plans to contract with PaintCare
regarding the transportation and processing/ proper disposal of architectural paint products collected at the Coachella
Indio Waste Transfer Station Authority' s ( JPA) site
that are operated by Burrtec. Pursuant to the California
Paint Stewardship Law ( California Public Resources Code §§ 48700- 48706), PaintCare will arrange for the post -collection
transportation and recycling/ disposal of program products that Burrtec collects from the public at the JPA' s
site
The JPA should experience a reduction in its overall costs as a result of the post -collection paint
management activities that will be funded through the PaintCare program and would otherwise need to be funded by
the JPA.
As the party

hires Burrtec for the JPA' s
site( s)/ event( s),
please reply to this email to acknowledge that you have
received and understand this notice. Your acknowledgement in this regard is necessary before we can implement the
