THE VENUE
The stunning decor and idealic location of Locale
make it the perfect venue for your wedding reception
and party in Noosa. Surrounded by lush gardens,
Locale sits in a protected corner of Hastings Street
just a few steps from the golden sands of Noosa Main
Beach.
Our beautiful restaurant with its central bar gives us
the opportunity specialise in stand up cocktail parties
in the lounge bar, while still having the ability to cater
to more formal seated diners in the dining room. For
exclusive use reservations both areas unite to create a
truly magical and memorable wedding venue.
The bar area with its lounges and dim lighting is
perfect for cocktail parties and can comfortably hold
up to 80 people for a stand up function.
Soaring ornate ceilings and gorgeous timber framed
windows look out over the sculptural beauty of the
Pandanus gardens and give the dining room a mood
and ambience that would beautifully suit
exclusive formal events. The dining room then sweeps
into a covered outdoor courtyard that is cocooned by
greenery and creates a more relaxed, casually elegant
space. Locale Ristorante + Bar is the perfect venue to
create an unforgettable wedding in Noosa.
THE MENU
Our menu reflects our heritage and we proudly create
menus that draw heavily on Italian tradition. We source
only the very best local produce for our seasonally
changing a la carte menus and combine these with
premium imported ingredients in order to produce an
innovative style of Italian that is quality driven and will
be an integral and memorable part of your wedding
day.
We are happy for you to customise your menu and offer
a three course, four course and a five course menu
option. Each menu option has a minimum choice of
three dishes in each course.
Functions can be co-ordinated between the bar for
cocktails on arrival, through to the dining room for the
formal meal and then back to the bar for the party and
celebrations.
Sample set menus are indicative only, all of our menus for
special events are created in collaboration with the client
and are dependent on the availability of produce and
subject to seasonal variation, as is the Italian tradition.

At Locale Ristorante + Bar we are happy to offer
beverages on both a consumption basis and a fixed
price per head. The size of your party and whether you
decide on a stand up cocktail party or a seated dinner
will have an impact on which option will best suit your
party’s need. We are more than happy to guide you
through the options to customise a package that will be
ideally suited to your function. All beverage packages
are created individually in consultation with the client,
our full and current wine list is available via our website

PRICING GUIDE FOR WEDDINGS AT LOCALE
Exclusive Use
Reservations for exclusive use will attract a $1000.00 exclusive use fee.
Lunch receptions attract an exclusive use fee at 60 or more guests,
evening receptions at more than 80 guests. A stand up cocktail
reception will attract an exclusive use fee when booking for 80 or
more guests. Locale is open from 5.30pm to 11.30pm for wedding
receptions from Sunday to Thursday and from 5pm to 11.30pm Friday
and Saturday

Lunch Receptions Lunch receptions begin from 12
noon and must conclude by 4.30pm.
Total minimum spend for lunch is $4500.00
Prices are based on a minimum spend over the high
season made up of your food and beverage selections.
Reduced rates
We offer reduced rates for off peak periods. Further
discounts are available for bookings during May, June ,
July and August with the exception of public holidays
and event weekends. Please feel free to contact
