Who we are
Alitech is one of the Italian leading companies in design and manufacture of industrial baking
automatic lines for highly efficient production of bread, pizza and other yeast-raised baked
products that operates all over the world. We take care of all production stages – from designing
to using by our clients – for large automatic systems with hourly output of up to 4 tons.
What we produce:
 different types of automatic proofers;
 cyclothermic tunnel ovens for different types of final product;
 conveying systems;
 pans/trays storage units;
 product depanners;
 cutting machines;
 hot presses and cross lamination sheeters for pizza;
 high temperature direct fired ovens.

Company history
Alitech has been operating in the baking machines market since 1974 under the name MCS. In
2002 the company started with a new organization and leadership after the original partners
decided to split-up.
The idea was to move the company into the future with a younger and motivated management,
that could face new challenges of the dynamic global market.
Over the years the company’s know-how in automatic proofers and tunnel ovens has evolved
from semi-automatic bread lines to industrial lines, following the transformation of the baking
industry in Europe from labor-intensive artisan to capital-intensive industrial bakeries.
Now Alitech is established as a high-end manufacturer on steady growth, continuously investing
in new capacities and striving to widen its product range and market presence.

Our clients
During the time of its activity, Alitech has gained a worldwide reputation as a high-end supplier
for bread and pizza industrial equipment. Our main markets comprise Europe and North and
South America. Among our clients there are such leading food industry players as Barilla, Aryzta,
Dr. Oetker, Gold Crust, Turano, Walmart Chile, Latin American Foods, etc.

Equipment design (1)
Alitech develops and designs its own equipment internally, using 3D modelling.
The design is fully integrated with the manufacturing, by means of CAM applications.
Our technical staff also includes software and electrical designers.
The experience built through the years combined with the range of our know-how,
allows us to be a system integrator for complete lines.

Software design (1)
The operating software, together with the electrical project, is developed internally,
simultaneously with the mechanical design. The operating panel displays graphically the line or the
machine with set-points, alarms, recipes and the state of different parameters.
This information can be extended according to the requirements.
At present a new generation of tables and graphs shows a live machine efficiency.

Alitech has a fully equipped production area comprising about 8.000 m2, where high skilled
professionals perform all working phases: from sheet metal laser cutting and bending, machining
of parts on CNC milling centers and CNC lathes, and welding to assembling big parts.

The control over entire manufacturing process gives us a great advantage in quality and efficiency
when some parts need to be changed. A fully equipped manufacturing plant is a key strategic
advantage when it comes to producing custom made industrial equipment.

facility for tests at the factory before shipment.

The installation at the customer is executed under the supervision of our highly skilled staff.
We also carry out the installation of the entire electrical system and complete software.

Commissioning (1)
The final test takes place with the assistance of our site manager, which sets
the various components of the line so as to obtain the results required.
Ovens and proofers are set by carrying out various measurements,
in order to check and validate the main parameters.

In fact, the amount of information obtained by our operating system,
together with the measurements of temperature and humidity distribution made on site, allow us
to find the ideal setting of the machines to obtain the best cooking results.

Training
During the final testing of the machines, the customer's personnel is trained on site by our staff on
the use of the operating software and equipment maintenance.

Service
The assistance is carried out by our technical staff.
When at a long distance, we rely on local entities to perform the service.
It is possible to sign service contracts with annual preventive inspections of machines.

Remote service
We provide technical support worldwide
via remote connection directly
on the machine control panel.
The operating software, among
other things constantly monitors
the system and warns when
scheduled maintenance is close.
