Reports were given by the Chairman, CEO, and Treasurer. Win Landry (Chairman) stated, “Telco has 24,433 members, a 5.2% growth since last year. Thanks to management and staff, expenses are low compared to other credit unions.” Darryl Long (CEO) stated, “We will always recognize that members are owners, that their satisfaction is of utmost importance.” Assets (1936 - 2013) 250 M 2013 $238,686,160 225 M 200 M 2010 $183,757,076 175 M 150 M 125 M 100 M 75 M 50 M In addition, the Nominating Committee nominated Brent Boe’, Chuck Carney, and Win Landry for three vacancies on the Board of Directors. (Win) Landry Brent Boe’ has served on Telco’s Board for the last year, and the Supervisory Committee the previous two years. Brent has been a member for 23 years. He is a Vice-President and partner with Performance Contractors, Inc., one of Telco’s largest employee groups. Chuck Carney has served on Telco’s Board for the last three years and the Supervisory Committee for 19 years. He has been a member of the credit union for over 33 years and an employee of AT&T (BellSouth/ South Central Bell) for over 40 years. W. T. (Win) Landry is currently Chairman of Telco’s Board. He joined Telco in 1976 and has been a member of the Board since 1992. NCUA Releases New, Improved Insurance Coverage Estimator Enhancements To Our Payment Center Telco members will have an easier time getting answers to questions about their share insurance and keeping track of their coverage, thanks to a new and improved online tool by the National Credit Union Administration. Telco provides a quick and easy Payment Center for members to make their Telco loan payments from their checking or savings account at another financial institution. For a nominal fee, members can go to a secure link on our website (www.brtelco.org) to make a one-time loan payment or set up recurring payments at their convenience. The redesigned Share Insurance Estimator, formerly known as the E-Calculator, is now easier to navigate and has expanded content. Users can input information while simultaneously using important reference materials. The enhancements also provide users with additional information for using the Share Insurance Estimator. The new estimator can be found on Telco’s website by navigating to our “Calculators” page, or by clicking any of the blue NCUA logos throughout www.brtelco.org. www.brtelco.org AIRLINE OFFICE Recent enhancements to the Payment Center now provide easier log-in features along with drop down menus to choose the loan that will receive the payment. All members will need to enroll in the enhanced service. Members who were already enrolled prior to these enhancements will simply use their existing user name and password, and will then be directed to provide additional information to validate their account. First-time users will need to register. To access the Payment Center go to www.brtelco.org/home/loans or log in to your Online Banking account and click on Additional Services.
