FALL 2009 - Tri State Pet Care LLC
What’s New with Tri-State Pet Sitting
FALL 2009 TRI STATE HOUSE AND PET SITTING SERVICE
ISSUE TWO
With the temperatures changing and the last part of summer slowly drifting away, I wanted to take a moment to remind all my
wonderful customers old and new about the approaching holiday seasons and give you some tips for making a reservation for a petsitting experience that is most enjoyable for your pets and hassle free for you. After all, there is a lot of planning and preparation
involved in traveling around the holidays and leaving the details of care of your precious furry children to the last minute can cause
your business, holiday and vacation travel to be way more stressful than it has to be.
First off….determine the number of days you will be away. Also who would need care and what kinds…do you want a walk
everyday etc? Would your pet be more comfy in their own home or hanging out with me on their own vacation? Or if you are
dealing with behavior problems that require your pet to be supervised, perhaps a stay in our temp controlled boarding facilities on
site would be better suited for your pet.
After you have determined what care is needed, EMAIL us! It’s really fast and easy and since we are out and about taking care of
pet clients, we are not always able to get to the phone.....Of course if you need to call, please do so, as we endeavor to get back to
every client in a timely manner.
New and Exciting Things Happening!!!!!
If in the next few weeks you call to book your visits and a new voice answers the phone, don’t be alarmed. It is Dena Liston, my administrative
assistant and the newest member of the TSP family. She is going to be taking care of the administrative side of the business so I can have more
time to be out doing pet visits.
She lives in Martinsburg with her husband, one year old daughter, two dogs and a cat. She will be happy to help you with arranging your pet care
and as always I will be available for all your personal pet sitting needs. Having her here helps me provide more services and attend to your pet’s
needs personally. Please join me in welcoming her to our family as she will be a big help as we continue to grow in the coming years!
CREDIT CARDS
For your added convenience we take credit cards
and Paypal. It is now easier than ever to book and
pay for your pet’s services.
