PRICE LIST

PAYMENT TERMS
1% 10 Days, Net 30 Days.
FREIGHT POLICY
All Buckaroos Tool prices are F.O.B. Buckaroos Shipping Dock, Nevada, Iowa. To qualify for free freight on
the tools, Buckaroos Saddles must be ordered also and meet the Free Freight Minimum. If the Saddle order
minimum is met, all Hand Tools, Tackers, Supports and Wraparoos will ride freight free if ordered with the
Buckaroos Saddles. Saddle orders are the qualifier for free freight on the tools. Heavy equipment (Roper
Whitney, Tennsmith) is excluded on the free freight order.
Title for the Tools passes directly to you at the moment we place the merchandise into the hands of the
carrier. If purchaser elects to have shipments made to multiple locations each shipment will stand alone for
freight.
SMALL ORDER HANDLING FEE
Buckaroos has no minimum order size. A handling fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders for less than
$60.00 net. Repair parts are excluded.
BROKEN CARTONS
Orders for less than one standard package quantity as shown in the price sheet will be shipped as ordered
with a 10% additional charge added.
RETURNED GOODS
Products returned without sellers permission will not be accepted for credit. All returned goods must be in
good salable condition, with transportation charges prepaid. A service charge of 15% of the price will be paid
by the buyer to cover handling and inspection of any products returned.
WARRANTY
Our warranty is limited to replacing F.O.B. our plant in Nevada, IA any material which upon our inspection we
find to be defective. Any such return must be authorized in writing by Buckaroos, Inc.
EXTRA 10% OFF ON TRADE SCHOOL ORDERS
All Buckaroos Tools that you sell for use by apprentices, or students of the trade, will be invoiced at your
normal Tool Discount, less 10%. We ask that you provide us with a copy of the school Purchase Order to
lock in the additional 10% discount.
