FRESHNEY PLACE
Exciting and ever-changing, Freshney Place is a shopping destination
offering a wide choice of merchandise, brands and experiences. Here you
will find over 100 stores dedicated to fashion, beauty, music, books, cards
and gifts, food and a range of places to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink.
Our aim is to provide the best shopping experience, to allow you to feel
relaxed, comfortable and secure, and to fully enjoy your time with us.

ACCESSIBILITY
Freshney Place Shopping Centre is dedicated to ensuring that your
shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. Our facilities include:
• Hearing Loop at our Customer Service desk
• Accessible toilets
• Accessible parking bays
We're delighted to provide a Shopmobility service for all of our customers.
The friendly team will offer advice on all aspects of electric and manual
wheelchair hire. It is easily accessible with taxi/car drop off points right
outside the door in our East Multi-Storey Car Park.

Paystations are conveniently located at the mall entrances to both car parks.
Freshney Place Gift Cards are available from the Customer Service Desk
or online at www.freshneyplace.co.uk. Whatever the occasion, you couldn’t
choose a better gift for friends and family as they can be spent in most stores
in the Centre. Gift Cards cannot be purchased by cheque, only by cash or
card payments (with the exception of business cheques at our discretion).
