Sponsorship and stalls will be allotted on first- come first -served basis.
The booking of stalls/sponsorship will be confirmed only on full payment. 50% of the amount will have to be paid on
application or booking of the stall and the remaining 50% due must be paid at least one month before the conference date.
The stall will be utilized only in the name of the company booking the stall. No stall sharing will be allowed and no replacement
will be accepted.
The organizing committee will have all the rights to change the floor plan, and stall allotment numbers and can alter the same
in case of unavoidable circumstances without prior notice to the parties involved.
All stall participants are requested to occupy the stalls a day prior to the conference in the given walk-in time, failing to do so
will be considered as cancellation of the stall booking and the stall will be allotted to some other company.
All the sponsors should register the name of their representative who will be responsible for the stalls, and would utilize meal
coupons, with organizing committee of WZUSICON2016. The names will not be allowed to be changed as we will be
generating special ID cards for them.
The organizing committee of WZUSICON2016 holds no responsibility or liability of any kind for the product sale / booking /
deal/contracts entered into or effected at the conference.
Cancellation of stall booking should be intimated to us at least one month prior to the conference date. 25% of total amount
due will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded within a month after the conference.
NO refund will be given if the booking is cancelled within last month of the conference.
Additional meal coupons for lunch and dinner, if required, will be available at additional cost. No person without coupon will
be allowed in meal section.
All printing accessories and materials including standee & banners will have to be provided by the sponsor or trade partner.
Two lunch coupons will be provided per trade stall.
The cost mentioned for all the items above is exclusive of service tax. Service tax as applicable will have to be paid
separately.
