A big hello to our Friends of the Arlberghaus,
Last summer was a busy time for us, lets take a look at
all the renovations that were done:
than breathing in ice cold mountain air and rubbing
down with snow?
Our newly refurbished rooms ensure wellbeing and
comfort – warm oak floors, gently heated loam walls
combined with light ashwood radiate cosiness.
This winter most of Thomas Eggler’s renowned ski tours
headed towards Warth and enabled guests to try for
themselves the enlarged ski circuit. Good fun was had
by all.
Our younger guests especially enjoy their own room
with a bunk and shower, and with a connecting door
enabling them to be with their parents at all times.
Our new “refugium” has also proved popular - the
perfect corner to browse in a book from our library or
leaf through a magazine in peace, where the only disturbance is the crackling of wood in the open fire. Our
weekly welcome cocktail takes place here.
Our conference and seminar guests appreciate modern
technical equipment along with lots of natural light.
With room for up to 74 participants the Arlberghaus
offers the perfect backdrop for successful meetings. We
would be happy to make you a quote – our son David is
the man in charge and responsible for all technicalities
during meetings.
Our new inhouse bigscreen cinema has met with great
approval from our smaller guests – a film programme
runs during school holidays.
And of course sauna fans take pleasure from our new
cold air room - what could be better after the sauna

And now to the future :
Our wine week in 2015 will be held from 7th – 14th
March – a date for the diary! We are pleased to report
that Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch will be presenting
wines from Weingut Sonnenhof aus Langenlois. The
wine tasting will follow our mutual ski day.

Your little ones are welcomed with open arms. For our tiniest
guests we offer travel beds, cots, bottle warmers, baby phones,
baby sledges and snug blankets. We are happy to arrange a
baby sitter for day or evening time. The ski kindergarten ( next
door) takes children from 2 onwards, and also offers childcare
services over lunch. (Please note that the ski kindergarten and
ski school are closed on Saturdays).
We look after our smaller guests in the restaurant with friendly
and prompt service and the children are free to choose their
own dishes. High chairs available.
Childrens supper as from 6pm.
The DVD room is open daily from 4pm for the Kids Cinema and
offers a wide range of DVDs, the Nintendo Wii System is
especially popular. Home cinema, multi media room with

Ski Kindergarten: Childcare services are offered
daily from Sundays –Fridays 9am – 4pm (lunch
included) in Little Zürs (next door) for children
from 2 onwards.
Childrens Ski school: ski school meeting point is
directly behind the hotel, courses for children from
4 onwards, lunchtime supervision on request,
weekly races for the ski school participants. Snowboard courses for children and teens.
Little Zürs ski area: all the children are brought in
the Snow train to Little Zürs. A variety of conveyor
belts and colourful figures ensure that the children
have fun learning to ski.
Kidz in Zürs: during the school holidays there is a
range of activities for children up to 12.
