Charlotte
Rao’s version of a century old recipe. Thin layers of chocolate
cake generously filled with chocolate mousse. Ladyfingers
(cookies) are placed around the outside of the cake and the
chocolate on top of the cake is formed into a dome of
pure mousse. We then pour melted chocolate on top of
the dome and let it run dow the
sides of the ladyfingers.
