Testified in People v Jose Carmen Murillo-Garcia, L.A. Superior Court
East District, Case No. A521156 (33 year old murder case) as defense
expert on methods of locating & prosecuting in Mexico or de facto extradition
methods, Mexican-American culture, history & immigration issues,
construction of surnames, and interpretation documentation to demonstrate
that defendant was not “hiding” from authorities. Jury hung for acquittal, 9-3,
2009.
Deposition taken as expert witness in sexual harassment investigation and
remediation
Testified in Tessie Cleveland vs. Mohsen Loghmani (L.A. Superior Court,
Civil Case No. EC 057134) as Plaintiff's expert on patterns of fraudulent
transfer.
