Dear valued sponsor,
Although it might seem early, Kawartha Settlers’ Village is busy preparing for our 17th annual
Festival of Trees. Last year, the event was a tremendous success with more than 4000 guests
from all over Ontario enjoying the 200 sponsored trees, wreaths, arrangements, and gift
certificates. The Festival of Trees is a fundraiser to help maintain and improve the heritage
buildings and artifacts, and to expand our educational programs for children.
We are asking you to renew your sponsorship or become a new sponsor. All sponsors will
receive two free guest passes to the Preview Night (November 12th), a listing in the event
program, listing in our thank you ad published in the newspapers, a sponsorship window sign,
and signage on your tree, item or at a special event.

Sponsorship Categories
Category 1 – Official Event Sponsor ($1000) & Media Sponsors ($2000)
An Official Event/Media Sponsor represents the highest level of support for the Festival of Trees. In addition to the
regular benefits (listed in the sponsorship letter), we will decorate and display a complimentary 7ft tree and your logo
will be displayed on our website and on our promotional material.
Category 2 – Special Event Sponsor ($250)
As a Special Event Sponsor your name will be synonymous with the event you choose. Please note there is a limit of 4
sponsors per event (choices are received on a first come basis). Sponsorship for this category must be received by
October 1st.

office. The item will then either be auctioned or raffled. Your item must be decorated and received before October
31st, 2014.
