The future has begun –

The trend is very clear: Production, development and
research processes must increasingly be performed in
the most diverse range of branches in clean rooms or at
least under conditions similar to that of a clean room.
Creation of these conditions requires the latest aeration
technologies and equipment operating at the highest
efficiency. System solutions which are developed today
as part of a modern building infrastructure already meet
the technological requirements of tomorrow.
We have designed and developed the filter fan units
(FFU) from Nicotra Gebhardt to exactly meet the
requirements of perfectly functioning clean rooms. The
“heart“ of the FFU is the motor-impeller-unit. All
components such as the air inlet nozzle, the impeller, the
motor and the respective commutation unit for actuation
of the motor are exactly matched to each other in every
detail and therefore work in perfect harmony with each
other in joint interaction ideally. And it is also a matter of:

Nicotra Gebhardt filter fan unit series RHP SLIM
Model: RHP 0612-335-EC-S-SLIM
Consists of a specially slim and installation-friendly housing.
Optimal suitable for installation in extraordinarily low plene.
A housing made out of aluminium (optionally steel plate or
stainless steel). A sound-insulated design due to use of
mineral wool covered with fibre glass (Fire Class A2).
A motor-impeller-unit consisting of a high performance
radial impeller with backward curved blades (impeller made
out of galvanized steel plate with aluminium blades, riveted)
installed on the rotor of a BLDC external rotor motor (230
V/50 Hz, Protection Class IP 44, Iso Class F). Direction of
rotation RD. Statically and dynamically balanced according
to DIN ISO 1940, G = 2.5.
The motor rotational speed is infinitely variable by means of
the respective commutation unit EKE 05 integrated in the
house with various communication interfaces in Protection
Class IP 20 (standard G-bus, alternatively also Modbus
RTU/LON/analogue are possible). The scope of delivery
includes a Wieland plug GST i18 for providing the power
supply, attached ready to plug-in, without any connecting
cable, on the access side.
Actuation and monitoring of the filter fan units are possible
using various control systems, for example G-bus mini
control centre FANCommander 200, G-bus-/Modbus PC
visualisation or G-bus/Modbus handheld (optionally also
onsite actuation is possible over Modbus-RTU/analogues
input 0-10 VDC/LONWORKS® interface).
Terminal filter of the class HEPA H14 (filtration efficiency:
99.995%) with a clean room side fan guard grille coated in
RAL 9010 incl. Scan Test (optionally also possible for other
filter classes).
Maintenance or removal of the filter with a fluid seal on the
clean room side (optionally removal of the filter with dry
sealing is possible on the plenum side).
Further accessories can be optionally obtained.
Delivery occurs without small, fastening and cabling
material. Assembly and commissioning are not part of the
scope of delivery. Suitable for onsite ceiling grids.

Simple handling: Controlling and
monitoring your FFU networks
The core element of the system solutions we developed
are the control centres for parameterisation and monitoring of your FFU networks on the basis of various RS485
interfaces (G-bus/Modbus RTU). We can optionally offer
you three different components for actuation according to
requirements:
|| PC control centre for actuation of up to 500 FFUs per Ethernet RS485 Gateway.
|| Handheld FANCommander 100 for actuation of up to 100 FFUs.
|| Mini control centre FANCommander 200 for actuation
of up to 200 FFUs (new as of Quarter 4/2014).
