HISTORY
A 100% Italian company that is still led by the Nocentini family, who
founded it in 1959, Kemon has been producing and distributing products,
training and images exclusively for the professional hair styling market for
more than 50 years.
A modern research laboratory that continuously develops new products to
satisfy the needs of professionals around the world, centralized production
guided by ISO 9001:2000 quality certification standards, marketing
involved in the most effective promotional and communication activities,
and a training sector that is in continual evolution. Kemon has been

UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 CERTIFICATION
Kemon S.p.A.’s Environmental Management System was certified on May 30,
2007 in accordance with the requisites of the international UNI EN ISO 14001:
2004 standards by SGS Italia S.p.A., a certification body. ISO 14001 certification
granted by an accredited independent organization demonstrates Kemon’s effort
to minimize the environmental impact of its processes and keep energy waste, air
emissions and solid waste under control.

if you have been a Kemon Salon for any length of time.
At Kemon we strive to elevate the level of education and
technical ability of your staff along with teaching thorough
product information and inspiring creativity.
A Kemon In-Salon Coach is a member of your staff that is
intended to be utilized as an ambassador between the brand
and the salon. The advantages of having a member of your
staff participate in the Coaching Program are plentiful. You
have an in-salon expert that can train new employees at
your salon, they will be informed when a new product is
launched or technolgies are enhanced in our current lines,
they will receive all the latest information to disseminate
to all your staff. In addition they will be invited to the
Collection, Formulation and Trend classes and return
to your salon armed with the knowledge and working
information. Utilizing your In-Salon Coach is an essential
part of supporting your staff and salon. It will allow for
more frequent trainings and keep your entire staff up to
date on the latest trends and technical aspects of our color
and retail lines.
