HONKER Automobile Plant, formerly known as DZT Sp. z o.o. Automobile Plant in Lublin, is a manufacturer of light commercial vehicles (gross
vehicle weight up to 3.5 t) and automotive parts. In 2009, the bankrupt
automobile plant in Lublin was purchased in order to revive the production
of Polish commercial vehicles, i.e. HONKER CARGO (a successor of the
popular LUBLIN make) and HONKER 4x4 (a universal off-road vehicle).
HONKER CARGO comes in several body versions: chassis for mounting different bodies, dropside van, crew van, and box van. The company
is also planning to introduce panel vans, extended panel vans, insulated vans, refrigerated vans and special-purpose vans. In autumn 2010
HONKER 4x4 was approved for civil use and can be used e.g. by power
grid maintenance services, surveying services or in forestry and mining
sectors. Moreover, the company offers a wide range of sheet metal pressings and services in the field of electrophoretic coating of metal surfaces
(cataphoresis).

Wobi-Stal offers gas, laser and plasma cutting of sheet metals. It also

Wolco has been operating in the metallurgic sector since 1984. It
manufactures fine wires with diameters ranging from 0.15 to 0.80
mm as well as copper and brass wires with diameters ranging from
0.15 to 2.20 mm. Depending on customer needs, wires can be galvanically or chemically coated with other metals: nickel, copper, tin
and zinc. Our main product is low-carbon steel copper-plated wire
with a diameter of less than 0.80 mm for the production of wire coil
nails. The company also makes EDM brass wires of Ø 0.15 - Ø 0.30
mm, which are sold under trade names WOLCUT 460, 500 and 900.

Erko is constantly expanding and improving its offer by upgrading its

Investor Assistance
They are partners of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) at the regional level. The Centres provide
consultancy and information services for business entities
considering investment projects in a particular area. COIs also
provide dedicated service and investment guidance, including
post-investment support within the voivodeship where the project is located. The network of COIs has been created in conjunction with the Marshals of Voivodeships who are statutorily
responsible for economic promotion of the region.
The Offices, based in City Councils, undertake actions to stimulate the city’s economic activity. They provide direct supportand assistance to investors who wish to locate their investment
projects in a given municipality. They also draw up and update
the city’s investment offer by cooperating with other local government units.
