Size of all ELCA congregations – Distribution of all ELCA congregations based on average attendance 3. Congregation Size/Type by Synod – Distribution of congregations by average attendance for each synod. 4. Ethnicity by Synod/Conference – The percentage of people of color within a synod and conference. 5. Congregation Growth/Decline by Synod – Congregations growing, declining, or remaining stable based on changes in average attendance from 2006 to 2011 for each synod. 6. Largest Attendance Congregations by Synod – Ranking of congregations based on average attendance. 7. Fastest Growing Congregations by Synod – Ranking of congregations growing fastest between 2006 and 2011, based on average attendance. 8. Racially Diverse Congregations by Synod – Congregations showing the most racial/ethnic diversity, especially with congregations with no racial/ethnic community in the majority. 9.
