“Some dreams do come true.
We designed the house from
scratch to fit our needs and
then Wardcraft took over.
This isn’t your typical modular
type home. It has 2x6 exterior walls and everything you
would expect to find in the

uilt to last a lifetime, Wardcraft uses the same Building Codes
as on-site builders, with many of our features exceeding local codes.
However, unlike site-built homes, your Wardcraft home will be built
in our climate-controlled work environment, with the roof constructed
before it is ever exposed to the elements. Furthermore, we are better
able to control material inventory, specifications, working conditions
and supervision of construction. By creating an efficient work area
where framers, electricians, plumbers and finishers have immediate
access to their shops and tools we can build your home to be of
outstanding quality above and beyond most site-built homes and
all other factory-built homes.
Our trademark Full-Box Construction® technique is designed to
maximize the shear wall strength and structural integrity of your home.
This means that the 7/16" exterior wall sheathing joins the wall system
to the floor system for the utmost strength. Whether it’s our American
Craftsman, Colonial American or American Tradition series, quality and
Full-Box Construction® are built into every home.
Staggered and stepped
cabinets are a popular
modern feature.

craftsmanship, ensuring subcontractors completed their tasks
with the same level of quality.
Finding an organization that
represented this quality was our
deciding factor. You lived up to
your reputation of quality.”

Innovation

ardcraft’s innovative approach to systems-built construction allows
for more freedom of design. Our leadership and experience in systemsbuilt construction has allowed us to develop techniques and products
that are cutting edge. Our unique blend of plant-built construction and
site-built construction provides the homeowner with the best of both
worlds, thereby making the entire project as efficient as possible.
In-house design incorporates the latest architectural drafting software to
bring your ideas to life from the ground up. This allows each homeowner
to design their new home with the curb appeal they desire, which may
include porches, garages and other on-site exterior details incorporated
into the design. Wardcraft has built more than 4,000 single-family
homes, as well as condominiums, apartments, schools, churches and
light commercial office projects.
Extra materials that are not usable on our custom homes are given to
Habitat for Humanity to help those in need. Recyclable materials are
taken to the appropriate center for reuse.

last night as she walked up to

world of one-stop shopping we strive to make the building process as
convenient as possible. When you build a new home you have hundreds of decisions to make. Our experience makes decision-making
easy. By making your decisions up front you will eliminate surprises,

Built to Last
A
Wardcraft home is designed to last for generations, with low
maintenance in mind. The outstanding quality of materials and workmanship, protection from the environment during the construction
stage and superior efficiency are the building blocks of our company
philosophy. Our commitment to quality separates us from the other
companies that don’t share the same vision. The large number of
houses we build allows Wardcraft to purchase materials at a higher
volume discount than on-site builders, translating into savings
for our customers. This volume buying also allows us to pick and
choose our materials, refusing lumber and products that are not
up to our stringent standards.
All of these aspects and many more work together to make each
Wardcraft home stand up to the test of time. We encourage you to
review our specifications and tour one of our facilities to examine the
quality for yourself. Many new customers make the trip to one of our
facilities to see the process before deciding on Wardcraft to build their
home, simply call your local representative today to make an appointment.
Our team of drafters can
design your own custom
floorplan and elevation or
change anything in one of
our current plans to suit
your needs.
