Our history
AmeriFirst Finance is a privately owned specialty finance company
based in Omaha, Nebraska. We are focused on leveraging the experience
gained from more than three decades of servicing home improvement
loans to provide the industry’s best servicing for “high touch” portfolios.
With its genesis as a captive finance company to a leading home
improvement direct sales organization, we developed a unique and
sophisticated approach to servicing a high touch loan portfolio.
In 2003, AmeriFirst began offering its finance products to third-party
contractors and became an independent finance and servicing
organization. To date, we have serviced in excess of $2 billion of loans
and have the experience and capacity to service your mission-critical
consumer loan portfolios.

Huge servicers don’t have the ability or willingness to test new
recovery strategies and implement them quickly. Ask the question;
‘Do you want the speed and agility of a speedboat or the size and
inertia of a battleship?’ A typical large servicer may need to train
thousands of people on the phone and make system changes that
