WELCOME!
Welcome to Rolling Hills 15th Annual Dinner Auction! This is our 15th year
hosting this annual Spring Fundraiser. Thank you so much for attending this year
and supporting Rolling Hills Elementary School. This will be a great evening out
that you will not forget!
When you look through the auction book you will realize what a wonderful
community we live in! Our community realizes how important it is to support
education by their generous donations they have given to our event! We would also
like to acknowledge the staff for their thoughtful donations to be auctioned off this
evening.
This is my 5th year being the Dinner Auction Chair and without the volunteers on
the auction committee & the classroom volunteers this auction would not be a
success! I would like to recognize the hours of hard work, commitment, dedication and
all the while doing it with a positive attitude, great enthusiasm & a smile on their
faces! There is a list of volunteers that have helped to make this auction happen to
follow, please take a moment to thank these volunteers!
Our Annual Dinner Auction continues to be a success every year because of YOU!

Have Fun! Remember that this is a FUNDRAISER for our school! All proceeds from the Silent and LIVE
Auction support the excellent learning environment we all value at Rolling Hills Elementary.
Place a bid by entering your bid number and amount on the bid sheet next to the item. When you enter
your bid number, you have executed a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT to purchase that item for the amount
specified.
Please note all restrictions and expirations date BEFORE placing your bid.
Illegible entries may be disallowed and awarded to the next highest bidder. This will be left to the
discretion on the check-out crew.
Silent Auction bidding will be closed according to the schedule & HOT TICKET ITEMS (items deemed popular)
will move to LIVE Auction! You will hear announcements throughout the night warning when certain
sections are being closed.
Please make note on the bids sheets of the minimum bids. Bidding must be in $1 increments, if it is not, the
item will be awarded to the bidder that bid the last dollar amount.
After the Silent Auction closes, the items with no bid will be offered one last time. This will be announced
as “The Last Chance Table”. This will happen before the LIVE Auction starts.
Receipts for the items you have purchased will be brought to your table after the Silent Auction closes. At
this time you can proceed to the check-out table to make payment. At that time the check-out crew can
answer any questions you might have.
Payment must be made in full by cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Rolling Hills
PTO. Items will be released to the buyer and must be removed the night of the auction. All Sales are final
with no refunds or exchanges!

Balloon Section
Our balloon section is back by popular demand! When you arrive the night of the Dinner Auction, there will
be a table offering numbered balloons after you check-in. These balloons will be offered for $25 each and in
your balloon you are GUARANTEED a food item from $25-$50! You won’t know what you won until the DJ
tells you to pop the balloon(s). You will be given your food item (gift card, voucher or certificate) at checkout. No bidding necessary, you are a winner with each balloon.

Wine Section
This year we are excited to be offering our new wine section for the Auction. Local
Winery, Water 2 Wine, has specially bottled and fermented two different award
winning wines for the Rolling Hills 15th Annual Dinner Auction. Each bottle will be
offered at a minimum donation amount of $25.00/bottle. No bidding is necessary,
and your wine will be available for pickup at the end of the auction, during checkout.
Should you decide to donate at least $30.00 for your bottle of wine, you will be given
a complimentary signature cocktail, served in a Souvenir Cup.
About the Award Winning Wines:
MARLBOROUGH NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC
