please join us for the Celebration of Life for John Day
* Today after service: There will be a short meeting held by Jane (our Youth & Intergenerational
Ministry Worker) after service today for all those who are interested in being a part of, (or helping out
with) this year’s Christmas Pageant “Child of the Stars”. This will be a short introduction to the script,
roles and schedule. Lots of people are needed!! Including singers, actors, and people to help with sets,
costumes and props. If you’re interested but not able to make it to the meeting please email Jane at:

* About Today’s Music: We welcome Kaleb Koslowski (organ) and TCO’s Edwin Lang (trumpet). Thank
you for sharing your gifts of music today! The song “Pace sia, pace a voi” comes to us from the Focolare
Movement, a modern intentional community collective with installations across the globe. Describing
themselves as “a vast and varied family,” Focolare communities work to foster values of bridge-building
and mutual understanding between individuals and communities, and across cultures. You can learn

* Coffee Time Volunteers Needed
If you enjoy the coffee, tea and snacks after (and now before!) the service each Sunday, please consider
volunteering to provide the snacks and serve the beverages. We have a number of Sundays between
now and the end of the year for which we don’t have volunteers, and so our hardworking team needs
your help. We’ll also need extra volunteers for the Christmas holidays. Please send an e-mail to Doug
Harris dharris@iiroc.ca to express your interest. It would be especially appreciated if you can
volunteer in pairs!

Do you have too many items for your rummage sale this year? Would you like to organize a
Drive for CRC's Clothing Program?
CRC is in need of men's clothing (jeans, sweaters, long sleeved dress shirts, fleeces, hoodies,
fall jackets, winter coats, running shoes, winter boots, and work boots), new socks and
underwear and general toiletries for distribution to Regent Park residents.
All donated clothing should be gently used and clean. Please email clothing@tcrc.ca to donate clothing.
