¢ Overview
MN34070 is a 4:3, 7.78-million-pixel, square-pixel-array, Bayer color MOS-type image sensor that is ideal for use in digital
still cameras. It consists of a pixel sensor block consisting of embedded photodiodes and MOS transistors, a column parallel
A/D converter, a TG, a high-speed serial output interface, and a multifunction circuit. During still picture imaging, it can
generate high-quality, high-definition -bit digital output of a 7.78-million-pixel signal. It can also implement 080/60p highsensitivity, full-HD video output by means of pixel addition.

¢ Overview
AN3053A is an IC for driving up to two LEDs while controlling charging and discharging of high-capacitance capacitors. A highfrequency synchronous rectification step-up DC-DC converter quickly charges high-capacitance capacitors at voltages of up to
5.5 V. The IC incorporates a high-current LED driver capable of driving high-power LEDs such as those used in flash units.

6-1 Video Driver
¢ Overview
AN308A is a 75 Ω HD-compatible, 3-channel video driver that can operate on a 3 V power supply. Thanks to its charge
pump-type negative voltage generation function, it can generate direct-coupled DC output, allowing the output capacitor to
be eliminated and increasing the dynamic range of output. It offers a built-in D-pin output filter and control switch and can
drive Cy, Cb, and Cr (or Py, Pb, and Pr) signals at 75 Ω.

MN86477 complies with the HDMI digital transmission standard (Ver. .4b) and supports uncompressed transmission of
SD and HD digital signals over a single cable. Furthermore, it provides built-in copy protection with encoding (HDCP) and
