It consists of a pixel sensor block consisting of embedded photodiodes and MOS transistors, a column parallel A/D converter, a TG, a high-speed serial output interface, and a multifunction circuit. During still picture imaging, it can generate high-quality, high-definition -bit digital output of a 7.78-million-pixel signal.
