Multi-Contoured Seat
The 2015 KLR650 features a multi-contoured
seat with a dimpled cover. Narrow at the front
(30 mm) and wide at the rear to deliver
increased comfort and on longer rides and
better suit a wider range of riders. The KLR650
is made to adventure and now you can enjoy it
for longer.

Rear Suspension
The 41 mm front fork last featured an upgrade in
2014, which then included stiffer springs,
increased oil height and revised damping
settings (for stronger rebound damping). Set-up
to better suit on-road riding situations and
heavier loads. This all contributes to
an increase in ride comfort and an improvement
in handling.
Changes in 2014 included revision to the
Uni-Trak single-shock rear suspension include
a stiffer spring and stronger rebound
damping. The upgrades add to the handling and
assist with load carrying for the biggest of
adventures.
Strong Chassis
Effective suspension settings, stiff spokes, lightweight petal disc brakes, a
D-section swingarm and forged axle holders are just some of the features
of the KLR?s chassis that contribute to its incredible handling and all-round
road holding.
Equipped to Go-Anywhere
Firm seat foam, great weather protection, a powerful dual-bulb headlight
and generous generator output make for greater long-distance touring
capabilities and are complemented by a easy-to-read frame-mounted
instrument panel that enables lighter steering and features a large
speedometer, tachometer, odometer, trip meter and water temp gauge.
Long-Range Touring
Thanks to a massive 22.0 Litre fuel capacity, the
KLR650 has the long-distance touring range to
ride off into the sunset and back again. If it?s
commuting you are doing, then you won?t be
planning on visiting the petrol station too often! A
great range of genuine accessories adds to the
functionality of the KLR650.

Precise cam-timing and intake porting, a
one-piece exhaust system and a fully
transistorised ignition adds up to thumping
power across the big 651cc four stroke?s
