We guarantee order fulfilment with 24-hour notice
and strive to fill all orders placed two hours before
time of delivery.
Can I get catering delivered?
Yes, we love to deliver. Please contact our Catering
Team for delivery options. Delivery hours are
Monday to Friday 7:00am-6:00pm. Please note,
there is a minimum order of $100 before taxes for
delivery. No minimum for pickup orders.
What is the cancellation
policy?
Just give us a call as soon as possible!
All orders cancelled within 24 hours will be fully
refunded.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
At Richtree, we are committed to meeting
the needs of guests who have special dietary
restrictions (such as a food allergy, intolerance
or other medically restricted diets).
Be sure to to let us know about any food
allergies. Many of our items are gluten free,
have no milk products and we have
an extensive array of vegetarian options.
