EURO PLAZA
1.1. History
In former times the area where the EURO PLAZA is located was named Rudolfshügel and belonged
to the local area of Inzersdorf. The clay pits of Baron von Drasche were situated in the south of the
area, later the Wienerberger Ziegelfabriken AG (brick manufacturing) was founded on these
grounds.
With the expansion of the town in 1905 Rudolfshügel became part of the Meidling district,
Wienerberg, including Spinnerin am Kreuz became part of Favoriten. ?
1912 the Feinmechanische Werkstätte Kapsch (electro technical manufacture) moved from the 7 th
district to Wienerberg – the Kapsch family hereby made the first step for the later well developed
economy in this area.
The premises where EURO PLAZA is situated today has belonged to the Kapsch family for more than
seven decades. In the year 1996 it became the developing area of the new founded Kapsch
Immobilien GmbH.
Kapsch Immobilien GmbH has built 11 buildings in different construction phases up until today. The
new phase 5 was completed in 2013/2014 and will be part of Viennas biggest Office Park.

Access to the buildings is also guaranteed outside of normal business hours – the whole day and
even on weekends and holidays – with the authorized access card for. Similarly, the garage is open
for use to authorized persons 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The barrier in the revolving door and
the closure of the roll-up garage door are only intended to serve the security needs of the facility.

story parking garages for more than 2,000 cars for convenient parking. Since summer 2014 the new

Tuk Tuk
In April 2014 the third restaurant opened at EURO PLAZA J. It serves modern, Asian cuisine, freshly
prepared and adjusted to Austrian taste. A highlight is the outdoor seating, which can
accommodate up to 70 people.
It is possible to rent the TukTuk in the evening for corporate events or private parties. Besides that
the restaurant owns two Weber grills which can be rented for barbecues.
