Service Customer Call Centre - Immediate response
Centralised Customer call centre based in
our Dublin head office to deal immediately
with all enquiries and co-ordinate our 20
regionally based engineers.
The call centre team co-ordinate:
• 20 regional locally-based engineers, creating an efficient team, capable of multi-tasking across diferent service
disciplines

The Call Centre Structure
Service Office Manager
• Oversees the organisation of the internal call centre team that ensures response times and customer enquiries
are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Provides fully auditable history of customer service accounts.
Maintenance Calibration & Industrial Technical Support Team co-ordinator - co-ordinates breakdowns, calibrations
and scheduled calls for Weighing and Temperature service engineers.
Analytical Technical Support Team co-ordinator - co-ordinates breakdowns, calibrations and scheduled calls for the
Analytical/General Laboratory service engineers.
Service Agreements (Contracts) Administration Team
Contracts Team manage all service contracts and work closely with customers to agree scheduling times that suit best.
The team also supports the service co-ordinators to deal as quickly as possible with customer service issues.

The Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) has accredited Mason Technology since 1992 for technical competence
in the field of calibration (Reg. no. 043C). Focus on technical competence, high requirements and expectations on
performer of calibrations.
Weighing: On site calibration of weighing equipment, capacities up to and including 60kg
Heat and Temperature: On site calibration of Incubators, Ovens, Liquid baths, refrigerators,
freezers, autoclaves, stability chambers and climatic chambers
Temperature Range: -80C to +300C
Humidity Range: 20%RH to 85%RH

Mason Technology is an authorised representative to carry out second stage initial verification of Mettler Toledo
weighing instruments as required by EC directive 90/384/EEC (non automatic weighing instruments)
All certification supplied to EN 12469:2000 and ISO 124644 standards. Mason Technology can provide the following
