These dry sand plants are designed to process up to four different Proppants continuously. Our production modules process about 175 to 200 TPH and have the following unique characteristics: Drying Modules: Single or dual feed wet sand systems for dual plant configurations, with dual plants having two drying modules to produce 350 to 400 TPH at a max 6% moisture feed. Each drying module has an intelligent moisture control system that warranties that no wet sand (higher than 0.3% moisture) is transferred to the screening tower surge hopper. Screening Systems: The screening system has an automatic feed system that maximizes the screener’s efficiency and yield. Screened sand particle distribution automatic sampling system. Close caption dust collection system to capture the fugitive silica dust fines. Storage and Load-Out Systems: The plant’s storage and load-out system are designed based on the plant’s transportation needs. The Dry Sand Plant Load-Out System has the exact same characteristics of our Trans-Load Facilities load-out systems. Control System: The Drying plant has an Intelligent Control System that allows plant management to review real time feed stock, dry product moisture content, fuel consumption, production rates, and plant yield and efficiency. Resin Coating Facilities SERVICES IPS designs one of the most advanced Resin Coating Plant in the industry. Our resin coating plants are designed to process approximately 20 to 22 TPH per line with a single 2500 lbs/batch mixer and have the following unique features: Patent Pending Sand heater heat recovery system that allows the plant to reduce fuel consumption and optimize the sand temperature control. Patent Pending Sand heater unique temperature feedback control. Patent Pending Real-time sand mixer inlet temperature measurement. Dust tight resin unloading and storage system Accurate mixer additives system (max 2% error). Recipe management system. Patent Pending Sand Flow Control System. The finished product rail and truck load-out systems have the same features as our state of the art Transload- facilities. Our facilities’ ventilation is design in accordance with American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienist (ACGIH) Standards to provide adequate work environment to plant personnel. Trans-Load Systems SERVICES IPS designs and builds one of the most efficient Trans-load Facilities. These facilities are designed to meet our customers’ specific needs and unload from single spotted cars to unitary trains. Also our Trans-Load Facilities are user friendly and extremely efficient. They can LoadOut a truck in approximately 4 to 5 minutes, depending on the weight restrictions. Our Trans-Load System have the following unique features: Unloading System Close caption dust collection system to collect all fugitive silica sand dust. Unloaded material screening system to prevent all foreign objects from being transferred to the storage silos. Empty belt unloading conveyor alarm system. Real-time unloading rate. Automatic storage silo selection. Real-Time silo inventory management. Minimum personnel required. Load-Out System Minimum load-out time (4 to 5 min. scale in/ scale out ).
