not the seller's agent! I work Full time as seller's agent as well as with buyers to bring the
best possible offer within the shortest amount of time. I give full access/cooperation to any

COMMUNITY REPORT
For anyone keeping track,
August 1 marks just about
half way through the summer
academic break. I am hoping
to avoid the “back to school”
marketing for a bit longer and
enjoy the less hectic schedule
of the summer. If you have
attended any of the recent
Harmon Cove II meetings, you
know that rebuilding on both
Egret and Teal are moving
forward. We look forward to
restoring the community and
getting our neighbors back into
their homes.
On behalf of the community, I encourage you to attend a
monthly meeting of Harmon Cove II to learn more about
what’s happening in the community and how you may
help to keep Harmon Cove a terrific place to live. I would
like to restate some of the gentle reminders about how
we can all look after the safety and cleanliness of our
community and endeavor to be good neighbors:
Please observe all posted speed limits. This is a residential
community not the Autobahn!
Please be sure to clear your HVAC drain lines before they
leak into your neighbors apartment of the carports.
Please keep a current and properly rated fire extinguisher
in easy reach.
If you or your guests smoke around the common areas,
properly dispose of all ashes & butts and be sure that
you fully extinguish any ashes.
Propane tanks and charcoal
grills are PROHIBITED at Harmon
Cove.
Please park your vehicles in
designated areas. Don't make
it any inconvenience for your
neighbors and pull your cars
completely into the carport.
Please do your best to keep our
recycling sheds clean and in
order. It is one of the first things
that our residents, guests, and
prospective buyers see when
they enter the community.
When disposing of bulk items and contractor’s debris,
please call Secaucus DPW @ 1(201)330-2080 and
schedule an appointment for pick-up. Please DO NOT
leave these items at recycling sheds.
If you have questions or issues to discuss with the
community, please attend the HC II Board meetings.
Monthly meetings are usually held on the 4th Thursday
of the month, starting at 7pm. Call IMPAC to confirm
Many thanks

Member of the Board of Director
