posts interest; audits accounts, and
follow-up on returned checks
• Makes contacts to follow-up on accounts
where debtors fail to carry out agreed
upon commitments
• Recommends adjustments, compromises
or cancellations of accounts when undue
financial hardships occur
• Recommends and initiates with approval,
appropriate legal action to enforce
collection of obligations; appears in court

related to legal collection proceedings
