Full Summer Program: $1,950*
Monthly: $1,200/month**

Specialty Camp Only Weekly: $150/week***

!*Full summer rate must be paid at time of registration and includes all specialty camps. **Monthly rate for June is due at time of registration. July tuition is due July 1st. ***Specialty camp times vary by camp and age but $150 includes only the time the camper spends at the specialty camp !

Amazing Athletes is designed to teach your child the basic fundamentals and mechanics of 9 different sports
while also mastering 7 key areas of motor development. In addition to sports and motor development, each
session will include cardiovascular fitness exercises, muscle toning, fun games, nutrition lessons and more! No
other children’s sport and fitness program is better able to utilize the movements of sports in a way that helps
children to meet, master, and exceed their motor development milestones. Also, since all of our classes are
taught in a group setting we are able to incorporate lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence. !

ART CAMP

Come jump into a magical world of artistic exploration as we discover new and different ways to to create. Let
your wildest imaginations come to life while bringing together a variety of materials, mediums, and techniques.
Let’s celebrate our uniqueness that God has created in us!

DOWN! SET! HUT! FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP
K3 - 1st July 6 -10; 9:00 - 11:30
2nd - 5th July 6 -10; 12:30 - 3:00
Come learn basic football skills in a safe and fun environment! Campers will work with one of our varsity
coaches to learn football fundamentals while improving ability to work together as a team. At the end of the
week campers will even have a chance to meet members of the cougar football team! !

GIVE ME A “C” CHEER CAMP
K3 - 1st grade; July 6th-10th; 9:00 - 11:30
2nd - 5th grade; July 6th-10th; 12:30-3:00
Come and yell with us! The campers will learn to work with others on a team, increase their school spirit, and
create camaraderie. Basic skills such as motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, and flexibility will be learned. In
addition, campers will learn a dance, cheer, and chant while practicing synchronization and formations. We
cannot wait to cheer on our Cougars with you! !

LEGO ENGINEERING with Playwell TEKnologies
Ages 5-7; July 13-17; 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Ages 7-11; July 13-17; 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
Let your imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGOS! Build engineer-designed projects such as
boats, bridges, mazes and motorized cars, and use special pieces to create your own unique design! Explore
the endless creative possibilities of the LEGO building system with the guidance of an experienced Playwell
instructor.

FINE MOTOR SKILLS
Ages 3-5; July 13 -17 9:30-10:30
This is a week for all the young ones, full of exciting play and activities designed to improve fine
motor skills. The class is full of art activities, center play, letter and number formation, and much
more. The fine motor area is often overlooked, but it is foundational for all young children. This
camp makes learning fun!

MAD SCIENTISTS
K3-K5 grade; July 20-24; 9:30-11:30
1st - 5th grade; July 20-24; 1:00-3:00
We transform laboratory science into fun, interactive learning experiences for kids! Our mad
scientists will learn about the fundamentals of life by exploring 5 different science subjects. The
week will kickoff with Chemistry and finish with Anatomy. Through experiments and discussion each
camper will gain a better understanding of chemical reactions, density, electricity, bug catching,
using a microscope and much more! It’s so much fun it is hard to believe they are learning at the
same time!

ALL BOYS ALL THE TIME
K3-K5 grade; July 27-31; 9:00-11:30
1st-5th grades; June 27-31; 12:30-3:00
A week of nothing but boy fun with construction at its finest! Learn to work and play as a team.
Activities will be projects inspired by The Dangerous Book for Boys and may include marshmallow
shooters, a rocket launcher, and even a working catapult! !!
PRINCESS CAMP
K3 - K5; July 27th-31st; 9:00-11:30
For all the girly girls out there, this week is for everything glamorous! Painting nails, making glitzy
headbands and bows, bejeweling a T-shirt, and making a glam sign for your room are just a few of
the things girls will make and take in this fun and girly week.

CAMP AMERICAN GIRL
1st-5th grade; July 27-31; 12:30-3:00
Join us as we explore the lives of American Girl Dolls through history. Bring your favorite dolls as we
make crafts, explore literature, music, fashion and games from the era of each doll. The week will
end with lunch at our own “CCLC Bistro”.

2015 SUMMER CAMP RELEASE FORM Must be completed and signed by parent/guardian , and returned with all registration materials by the Cirst day of the program. Said camper is a participant in the summer program of Canyon Creek Christian Academy (CCCA), known as “Summer Adventures @ the Creek,” located at 2800 Custer Parkway, Richardson, TX 75080. In consideration of camper being enrolled and permitted to attend any and all activities associated with “Summer Adventures @ the Creek,” on behalf of ourselves and our camper, HEREBY AGREE TO WAIVE, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS CANYON CREEK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY. Its Trustees, Administrators, Head of School, Faculty, agents, employees, representatives, volunteers, and invitees, together with all persons, including parents of campers of the program assisting with any phase of said program (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) (but not to include 3rd party vendors and service providers, such as paid certiCied carriers), FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CAUSES OF ACTION OR OTHER LIABILITIES and all expenses of litigation and/or settlement/release (“Claims”) by reason of accident or injury suffered by camper, which may arise in connection with the Summer Adventures @ the Creek Programs, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASEE ACTING IN THE SCOPE AND COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT. I/WE HEREBY STIPULATE, AND AGREE NOT TO CHALLENGE THE ENFORCEMENT OF SUCH STIPULATION in any proceeding, THAT THE SCHOOL’S LIABILITY in all matters related to the subject matter of the Agreement or the camper’s afCiliation with the School is LIMITED BY TEXAS LAW, including, but not limited to, Chapter 84 of the Texas Civil Practice ad Remedies Code. !

The undersigned hereby permits CCCA to use images, photographs, Cilm, video, written extractions, and voice recordings taken of student along with the student’s name, in conjunction with promotions, publications, posters, websites, or other communications to promote CCCA and its programs as CCCA so chooses from time to time.
