Kawasaki Z1000 system. From the exclusive V.A.L.E. attachment system to the magnesium end caps,
everything about this system screams, ‘American-made Horsepower!’ It’s lighter, faster and stronger than
stock—it’s definitely legit.”
In conjunction with a major redesign by Kawasaki on the Z1000 bike, Two Brothers Racing took advantage
of Kawi’s aggressive styling and looked to improve upon the fat midrange torque power characteristic of the
1000cc inline four. The result is a dual slip-on system that effectively boosts power across
the range with a peak increase of 5 horsepower at 7,000 rpm.
Of course, Two Brothers Racing never engineers a system
without carving unnecessary weight and their all-new dual
slip-on system weighs nearly 10 pounds lighter than the stock
exhaust.
The new Kawasaki Z1000 dual slip-on exhaust system
is available with aluminum, titanium or filament wound
carbon fiber canisters and is eligible for customization by
the TBR Custom Shop. No matter your preference, it’s
ready for the street.

1. How long have you been at Two Brothers Racing?
3 years and counting!
8. What do you like about this industry? It’s
competitive, fun, and exciting.
2. What is your professional background? Been
graphic/web designing for 7 yrs. professionally.
9. First time you rode any motorcycle? Back in High
School, I use to ride around the neighborhood on a
friends XR50.
3. What was your first job? It was a summer job at
College Book Company shipping books.
4. What are your main design goals? To design
aesthetically pleasing interactive web pages and
continue to come up with new ideas to keep TBR in
front of the pack.
5. What do you like most about your job? It’s a
prestigious company in an exciting industry with
great co-workers. It’s also a chill work environment
and there is always different projects to work on so
it doesn’t ever get too tedious.
6. Best design initiative (or most fun, rewarding,
interesting) you’ve been a part of at TBR? The
Custom Shop application on the website, Past Print
ads, 2008 Catalog, and designing TBR Apparel. I also
enjoyed getting to experience Moto GP at Laguna
Seca!
7. What is the most challenging part of your job?
Coming up with innovative designs that will
separate us from the competition in a timely
manner.
10. What is your riding background? Been
recreationally riding for fun since 2002.
11. Do you still ride? Yes but not nearly as much as I
would like to.
12. Favorite motorcycle? Harley Davidson Nightster
(would have to trick it out though) or a Yamaha R1.
13. Favorite riding spot? Ocotillo Wells
14. Hobbies? Snowboarding, skateboarding, riding
quads, soccer, and working out.
15. If you could pick anything to do or try, what
would it be? Keeping it PG, I would be shredding
fresh tracks in “bluebird” conditions.
16. What would be your ideal day? Snowboard or
ride MX in the morning under ideal conditions with
the guys and the GF... then catch a Laker game and
have sushi or steak for dinner! Or Margaritas, a
surfboard, and my GF in Cabo will suffice.
