Sanctioning Body International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation’s Asian, Australasian & Oceanian (IWWF AAO) Confederation 2. Organizers • Korea Waterski & Wakeboard Association (KWWA) • Chuncheon World Leisure Sports Festival Organizing Committee (CWLSFOC) 3. Supported by • Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) • Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) • Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) • Chuncheon World Leisure Sports Festival Organizing Committee (CWLSFOC) 4. Entry Form All AAO Federations must submit their entry forms by 25th July 2012. Any federation not meeting this requirement may not be allowed to compete until the federation pays a USD50.00 penalty after the 30-day deadline to the AAO Confederation for each skier/rider not officially entered. If the official entry forms are not received 24 hours prior to the start of the first event, the federation's skiers’ and riders’ places in the draw shall be determined by the respective Chief Judges without reference to their rankings. 5. Insurance Participants should take out private travel/accident insurance besides their health insurance. Accident insurance should include all accidents arising during waterski and/or wakeboard competitions. Your travel insurer should be able to include this as an extra endorsement if you do not have existing coverage. Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon registering and provide evidence of personal accident insurance 6. Doping Control In accordance with the IWWF anti-Doping Rules, drug testing will be conducted before or during the AAO/Asian Championships. In entering this competition, all athletes agree to be subject to doping control. Information about the IWWF Anti-Doping program can be found at: http://www.iwsf.com/AntiDoping/WEBpageinformation10.htm 7. Transportation / Airport Transfers The organising committee will arrange return transportation for teams (athletes) and officials (team coaches, team captain, team leaders and National Federation Presidents) from the Incheon International Airport (ICN) which is 90 minutes away from Chuncheon by limousine bus. Transfer information is available at www.c-leisure.org or http://tour.chuncheon.go.kr/. All teams and officials are advised to arrive in Seoul at Incheon International Airport (ICN) on August 22nd and 23rd, 2012. There are two options available depending on arrival dates and times:a. Unofficial Practice Available from 22nd to 23rd August 2012 at the Main Event Venue – Lake Uiam. Unofficial practice may be available at the Main Event Venue on 24th August after homologation is completed. The cost of Unofficial Practice is USD240.00 per an hour per a country and USD40.00 for an additional 10 minutes. Please note that he cost of fuel in Korea is USD1.70 per litre. Unofficial wakeboard practice (Super Air Nautique 226) will also be available at the Ladena Condominium Waterfront. Please submit an “Unofficial Practice Request” form to make your reservation. 11.
