Users can store a range of achievement records in system-defined folders. These achievement records can then be added to ePortfolio collections which can be published within or outside Studywiz. As a teacher you have your own ePortfolio, and can also open and view your students’ ePortfolios. 1.1 Navigate to Your ePortfolio Page Follow this procedure to open your Studywiz ePortfolio. 1. Click the Tools button. The Tools page appears. 2. Click the ePortfolio button. The My ePortfolio page appears. From this page you can browse the ePortfolio by My Records, My Collections, and Showcase. My Records The My Records section is an archive of your achievements, interests, qualifications, skills and training, and any other notable activity or event. Each record can be verified by evidence which can be added to the record. My Collections The My Collections section (the Presentation and Transition segment of the ePortfolio) is a collection of ePortfolio records that together show some aspect of your learning. You can build set collections by selecting items from your My Records section. Most deployments are configured with a My Favourite Work collection and a My Resume collection. Showcase The Showcase section enables you to search for and view another student’s published ePortfolio collections. For teachers the Showcase provides access to student ePortfolios. 01.00 Page 3 © 2008 Etech Group Studywiz ePortfolio Teacher's Guide 2 My Records The ‘My Records’ section is the centre of a Studywiz ePortfolio.
