policy, expressed by major players on the Bulgarian market, AIMS Human
Capital initiated a:
„Compensation and Benefits Survey“
A number of the industry leaders took part in tailoring the survey and
helped us design the structure and content of the Survey. Their continuous

You have the option to participate and purchase the Survey:
 Subscription options – two-years and three-years subscription options. These options do not
oblige you to purchase access to the Survey on an yearly basis but guarantee you preferential
prices for the duration of the subscription in case you decide to purchase access to the
complete Salary Survey reports.
 Participation with data-submission – all Survey participants are granted with the
comprehensive Expert Report with detailed information about the trends on the labor market,
