If another vehicle is detected in your
blind spot area, a warning lamp appears
on the driver or front passenger door,
as well as on the Advanced Drive
Assist Display. If you then indicate, the
lamp will flash and a warning chime will
sound to further alert you.
LANE DEPARTURE WARNING.^
If Altima detects that you’re straying
from your lane, the Lane Departure
Warning system will give both a visual
and audible alert. The system is so
smart it will then cease the warnings
when you indicate to change lanes.
When a collision is unavoidable, Nissan’s Zone Body construction
helps absorb impact, while advanced seat belt and airbag systems help
protect passengers.
