The ministry of LLBC is made possible by the
hundreds of short term volunteers who serve
in a variety of positions at camp.
All paid staff at Lake Lundgren Bible Camp
are required to raise missionary support,
including SST members.
Each week during the summer, we need several
volunteers to make camp run smoothly.
We are in need of help in the following areas:
Support Staff
Cook
Dishcrew
Custodial
Maintenance
Activity Staff
Archery Instructor
Air Riflery Instructor
Nature Center Instructor
Fishing Instructor
Lifeguards1
Craft Instructor
Other Staff
Cabin Counselor
Music Leader
Camp Health Supervisor2
1
Lifeguards must have current certification.
Camp Health Supervisors must have either RN,
EMT, or First Responders certification.
You will be a part of our core group of staff and
receive 10 days of staff training to prepare you
for 10 weeks of ministry. You will use your
gifts to serve over 1,500 people through our
summer camping ministry! In reality you’ll
probably do a little of everything, and that will
likely include some of the following:
Cabin Counselor, Lifeguard*, Craft
Instructor, Worship Team, Activity Staff,
Custodian, Kitchen Cook, Dishcrew, Office
Assistant, Adventure Trip Assistant, and
more!
* If SST’er is currently certified

faith found at www.llbc.org (under About LLBC).
Desire to live and grow as a Godly example in a
ministry to young people.

You will be paid a stipend of $1,000 for the full
SST session of 11.5 weeks, and will need to
raise additional financial support ranging from
a minimum of $1,300 to the maximum $3,200,
with the goal being at least $1,800.
If that sounds intimidating, don’t stress
out...family, friends, churches and neighbors
are usually more willing to give than you’d
think. We provide resources to help you out
and make it manageable.
