The first step of the guide shows you how to add an autenticator for a non-domain based system. You can skip this step when setting up single sign-on for domain based systems. Setting Up Single Sign-On 2 2. Add method/authenticator Click System Configuration. Click Authentication. Select Authenticators. Setting Up Single Sign-On 3 The available authentication methods/authenticators are displayed. Since in this example we are not in a domain, we need to add an authenticator without domain check. Click Add. Browse to either one of the Bin folders and select: Agresso.Plugin.Authenticators.In tegratedWindowsNoDomainChe ck.dll Click Open. Save the configuration. Setting Up Single Sign-On 4 3. Add user/client info in System Administration Log into Smart client. Click System Administration. Click Users and access. Setting Up Single Sign-On 5 Double-click User master file. Look up relevant user. Click the Security tab. Setting Up Single Sign-On 6 Enter domain user. Select default logon company. Save configuration. Setting Up Single Sign-On 7 4. Authentification setup Smart client Select Authentication Setup. Select Smart client and click Next. Select Agresso authentication and click Right arrow. Setting Up Single Sign-On 8 Select Integrated Windows Authentication and click Right arrow. Click Next step. Integrated Windows Authentication should be set as default. Check Deault. Setting Up Single Sign-On 9 It must also be moved to the first position. Click Move up. Save the configuration. Setting Up Single Sign-On 10 5. Authentification setup Self service Select Authentication Setup. Select Self service and click Next step. Select Agresso Authentication and click the Right arrow. Setting Up Single Sign-On 11 Select Integrated Windows Authentication and click the Right arrow. Click Next step. Integrated Windows Authentication should be set as default. Check the Default box. Setting Up Single Sign-On 12 It must also be moved to the first position. Click Move up. Save the configuration. Setting Up Single Sign-On 13 6. Enable authentification for self service Click your default web site. Select Authentication. Enable Windows authentication. Setting Up Single Sign-On 14 Save the configuration. Click the Start button, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. Note! CMD must be run as Administrator! Enter the command: iisreset to stop and restart IIS Setting Up Single Sign-On 15 Internet services successfully restarted Setting Up Single Sign-On 16 7. Test/verify single sign-on Smart client Select your centrally configured client. Click Test... Click Run. Setting Up Single Sign-On 17 Successful single sign on Setting Up Single Sign-On 18 8.
