We put a lot of effort in to the photography, design and layout of the guide to ensure the properties look the best they possibly can. We believe it is far superior to other guides in this respect. We still work closely with the real estate agents in an effort to deliver the best guide possible. Audits by market research company AC Nielsen have shown that Friday’s edition of the Beacon is the most widely read news publication in the Eastern Bay.
