Please help us keep the building and grounds clean by utilizing the many trash bins available. Failure
to do so may result in serious consequences.

There will be Obedience and Rally Competition on both days.
•
The grooming area and all crates will be covered by large tarps as provided by the club, as the
turf is difficult to clean. If your dog soils an area of turt, p lease use the special cleaning solution that
is availabe in many areas on the turt.
•
The building has a special air-lock system. There are only 2 entrances that can be used.
•
Groups may be judged two at a time at the discretion of our show committees.
•

RV parking is available BY RESERVATION ONLY - see elsewhere in the premium list lor information.
You will be sent an admission ticket that MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES.

The dome will open at 6:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM
The dome will be available by 3:30 PM Thursday
There will be security in the dome overnight.
Private ex-pens will be allowed inside in limited specified areas ONLY! There will also be area available
outside for ex-pens.
There is a $100 deposit 10 the facility prior 10 set up of private expens. This v.rill be refunded when area is
inspected by Ihe lacility.

Watchmen will be on duty but it must be distinctly understood that the presence of these watchmen is as
a courtesy to exhibitors. The Clubs, their members, directors, officers, agents, superintendent andlor
superintendents and the employees of the said Kennel Club andlor its superintendent or superintendents will
not be liable for loss or injury which may be sustained through the disapperance , loss, theft, injury andlordeath
of dogs entered in these events whether said Kennel Club, their members, directors, officers, agents,
superintendents and/or superintendents andlor employees of its superintendent and/or superintendents or
by the negligence of any person or by any other cause

A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give notice to the show superintendenVshow secretary prior to
judging . AKC approval is not required.
The entire entry in a breed is to be examined in the same manner (g round, table or ramp).
At the discretion of the judge, the following breeds may be judged on the ground or on a ramp through all
levels of competition including Group and Best in Show judging : Clumber Spaniel, English Springer Spaniels,
Field Spaniels, Sussex Spaniels, Welsh Springer Spaniels, Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated
Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chinese Shar-Pei. Keeshonden, Norwegian Buhunds, Polish
Lowland Sheepdogs and Norrbottenspets (Misc).
At the discretion of the judge the following breed may be judged on the table or on a ramp through aU levels
of competition including Group and Best in Show judging: Cardigan Welsh CorgiS.
At the discretion of the judge through all levels of competition including Group and Best in Show judging, the
following breeds may be judged on the ground, a ramp or on a table: Boykin Spaniels and Whippets.
The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through aU levels of conformation competition: Basset Hounds,
Bulldogs and Chow Chows. This extends to all conformation competition at AKC conformation doing shows
and any AKC event where a conformation title may be eamed. This policy includes Group, BIS, Junior
Showmanship, the 4-6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition, the AKC National Owner-Handled Series (NOHS),
and all other special attractions that offer Group and BIS competitions.
Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. In an emergency Situation, where use of
a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving
a refund.
For the judging of juniors the ramp may be used at the discretion of the judge for the ramp optional breeds.

eligible to enter the Limited Class Competition. The calendar for this class will consistent with the eligibility
dates for the AKC Eukanuba National Championship. All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are
required to entry the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already
closed. Once the eligibility time frame for lhat year has passed all participants relum to the Open Class
to complete for the following year.
Competition must exist for Best Junior Handler.

Event Service Fee) and $25.00 for each additional entry of the same dog. Puppy Classes (6-9 & 9-12 mos), $27.00;
Bred·by·Exhibilor Classes, $27.00; Junior Showmanship Only, $15.00 (including $3.00 AKC event service fee &

cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show

THE SHOW will be open from 6:00 A.M . to 7:00 P.M .
An AKC RECORDING FEE of $.50 and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be requ ired fo r each dog entered
at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in mOl'e than one
class in one of these events, the AKC Recording Fee and Service Fee is to be collected on the first entry only.
(AKC Aules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2). An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for
each entry in any Lincesed or Member Club Rally Trial. If a dog is entered in more than one class in a Rally event,
the AKC Recording Fee is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rally Regulations, Chapter 1,
Sectioo 3). All Recording Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a $20.00 col lection fee to the
amount of each retumed check. Subsequent returned checks from Ihe same exhibitors may resul t in their being
put on a CASH ONLY basis.

ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make

2. The folowing categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed Competition: Dogs that are Champions 01 Record

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best 01 Breed Competition: Dogs that are Champions Of Record
and dogs v.11ich , according to their owner's records , have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championstlips
are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited 10 a period of 90 days from the
date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.

(Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list, if the dog Show class in which you are entering your dog is divided,
then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in wtlich yOu are entering your dog. i.e .• age
division, color dfvision, weight division.
A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered dog
has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after
lt1e date of acquirement, regardless of whether Ihe new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is
