Replacing a seal bar element
Dependable, repeatable seals require seal bar elements,
insulators and PTFE covers that are in excellent working
order. These components are heated and cooled over and
over again, and in time, they need replacement. The task of
replacing a seal bar element assembly on a Vertrod impulse
sealer is a fairly straight forward procedure that can be
accomplished in about twenty minutes, once you know how
to do it. Follow these simple instructions and you can
enjoy years of dependable service from your Vertrod sealer.
