Especially children have a very unique way of experiencing such tales. In their minds very intense, fantastic and espcecially scary stories are formed. And that is what we want to do with our film. We want to tell a story about a very seriuos topic in a very special form: child abduction through the eyes of an innocent boy. Due to the circumstances that determine his world a story evolves where nothing is as it seems. For what seems to be a horror story turns out to be a very real and thrilling drama. The perspective of the narrative allows us to create a world based on the fantasy of a little child that is mythical on the one hand, but very real on the other. The audience should dive into the world of this boy and should start to question what is reality and what is myth, just to be surprised again at the end. www.whendemonsdie.com | Page 6 of 22 Stills „If I die before I wake, I do not cry, I do not ache“ Joshua (8) www.whendemonsdie.com | Page 7 of 22 Stills „You and I.
