We are a letterpress greeting card brand creating swoon-worthy designs since
2003. It was always in the cards for sisters & founders Eunice & Sabrina Moyle,
who love to push the envelope and enjoy nothing better than a good pun. With
a little elbow grease & some help from our wonderful reps and stores we have
become a much larger little card company while always staying true to our roots.
Our cards are wit-induced and designed with love in San Francisco & crafted
with care by Egg Press in Portland, Oregon.

on our website. We will e-mail you the within several business days to confirm that

TERMS
All opening orders must be prepaid. Net 30 terms can be set up on approval for
all subsequent orders. Hello Lucky Europe accepts payment by credit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express), check, or wire transfer. Our minimum order is
£100 and a carriage fee of £5.95 will be applied to orders under £150 on the UK
mainland and £29.95 for orders under £450 outside of the UK. Carriage is paid
on orders of over £150 in the UK and over £450 outside of the UK.
Single cards may be ordered in increments of 6. The minimum order for boxed
cards is 4 per style.

SHIPPING
Orders are typically dispatched 3 - 5 days from receipt via UPS. If you need your
shipping expedited, please contact us so that we can discuss your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please make changes to your order within 24 hours of submission. Returns must
be authorized and will only be accepted if merchandise arrived damaged or was
shipped in error. Any fulfillment errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
