Keith Neal began his racing career in 1992 at 14yrs. old, racing in the NHRA Inaugural Junior
Dragster League, having one of the first Jr. Dragsters in the country to compete in this league. By
1993 Keith had won 2 track championships, held many track records and won over 50 events in just
his second season!
In 1994, Keith obtained his NHRA License in a V6 front engine Competition Eliminator Dragster.
He won the first race he competed in after securing his new license. He then competed locally with
this car at southeastern bracket races. After racing this car for a short 6 months, Keith was able to
win enough money to buy a Spitzer rear engine dragster.
The remainder of 1994 and all of 1995 was devoted to racing the new Spitzer Dragster.
 Raced in the B&M Series, Million Dollar Races
 Car won 1st Place at The World of Wheels 2 years in a row for its class
 Competed with the Southeastern Drag Way Team to win the Division 2
Championship in 1993
 Competed with the Atlanta Drag Way Team to win the Division 2 Championship in 1995
 One of a few cars in the NHRA Super Quick 4-sec. Club
In 1996, Keith won the NHRA DOT Tire Class Division 2 Final and continued to race the Spitzer
Dragster successfully until the car was sold in 1998 to make way for a new Spitzer 4 Link Dragster.
In 1999, Keith’s first season with the new Spitzer 4 Link
Dragster, he finished in the top 10 of B&M Professional
Bracket Series. He also held the national record for the fastest
4 Link Dragster; 1/8th mile - 4.09sec. And racked up over
$60,000 in payouts.
With our new millennium came more accolades for Keith
Neal. In 2000, Keith competed in the B&M Professional
Bracket Series and added a second car to his team, a Mike
Boss Dragster, that was raced in the Southern Super Ten
Series. He won 9 of 11 Quick 8 Dragster races with his
Spitzer Dragster which earned him the B&M Quick 8 National
Championship and the “Spitzer Race Cars Top Gun Award”.
Also, winner of NHRA Wally @ Montgomery Heart of Dixie
Nationals.
Following the successful 2000 season, Keith was unfortunately the victim of a severe automobile
accident. This incident sidelined Keith the better part of two years, but did not break his racing spirit.
During this time he worked on Brad Brands Outlaw 10.5 Mustang as Crew Chief and continued to
win races, although not behind the wheel! Brad Brand won numerous Fun Ford Events, NMRA
Events, Clash of the Titan Events and held the Outlaw 10.5 record for the fastest ET and MPH for
two years!
Keith climbed back into a car in 2003, being hired to drive Barber Motorsports 2002 Outlaw 10.5
Mustang, winning his first race as a Outlaw 10.5 driver. Sadly, the season ended with a wreck due to
a bad oil line. The car was badly burned and un-raceable.
Misfortunes sometimes breed opportunities, and Keith decided it was time to build his own Outlaw
10.5 Mustang teaming up with Barber Motorsports. During the year and a half it took to build the
car, Keith drove several cars ranging from bracket dragsters to automatic pro-mods. Keith debuted
his 2004 Outlaw 10.5 Cobra Mustang in 2005 at Rockingham Drag way in North Carolina.
With 2007 approaching, Keith gained complete ownership of the car and spent the winter months of
2006-07 updating his Mustang and getting ready to compete in the 2007 NMRA Vortech Outlaw
10.5 Series. Keith finished second in point standings at the end of the 2007 NMRA season.

When he’s not racing or building transmissions, Keith enjoys
eating raw oysters on the beach, betting BIG at casinos, their

NMRA to Air on Fox Sports Network

The NMRA Keystone Automotive Ford Nationals is excited to announce that we have signed a
1-year agreement with Inside Drag Racing, TV’s #1 rated drag racing program, which air on
Fox Sports Network in 2009. Inside Drag Racing will feature all the cars and all the stars of the
NMRA, the #1 and only all-Ford drag racing series in the U.S.
Fox Sports Network is one of the most recognized names in the sports industry and one of only
five true sports networks. Fox Sports Net is expanding its sports coverage to include motorsports programming and the NMRA will be a big part of the action. Fox Sports Net reaches
over 92 million households and is an easy-to-find cable network for most automotive racers
and fans.
The best part about Inside Drag Racing on Fox Sports Net…when it will air! Inside Drag Racing will air on Sundays at 11:30 am (EST, CST, MST, & PST – it airs at 11:30 am no matter
where you live). Repeats of Inside Drag Racing will air on Mondays at 4:30 pm.
The first NMRA event will air on Sunday, May 31, 2009, at 11:30 am. Stay tuned for future
NMRA event TV air dates on Fox Sports Net.
Direct Marketing

merchandising table is available in the pit area for your literature, key chains, shirts, hats,
decals, pens, etc. Your company banner will prominently be displayed in the pit area as well.
This year our team plans on producing “Fan Bags” to give out to spectators who visit us in the
