Each buyer must be properly registered and have a buyers number
TERMS OF THE SALE are CASH OR CREDIT CARD with a 3% office
charge. 3% office charge will be waived on a cash or check payment. Any
check over $20,000 requires a letter of credit from buyers banking
institution. Payment in full must be made to the cashier immediately after
the sale. All returned checks will be I immediately turned over to the Teton
County District Attorney and charges will be filed. There will be a $200.00
fee assessed on each returned check. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
3. All horses must have legal brand papers. They will be inspected at check in
and a new inspection given to new owners of the horse.
4. All horses leaving or entering the state of Wyoming must have a current
coggins and health papers.
5. Teton County Fair and their representatives will not be responsible for any
injury or loss of any animal or accidents there by or any injury or loss of life
to any participants or spectators during the sale or preview.
6. Every effort has been made to assure the correctness of the catalog. The sale
management and auctioneer are not responsible for errors of omission, and
assume no liability on their part or on the part of the seller as to any
statements regarding horses sold.
7. Buyers are cautioned to pay close attention to any announcements at the time
of sale, as these announcements take precedence over the printed matter in
the catalog or any other printed material. Registered papers will be mailed
approximately 10 days after the sale. You must notify Teton County Fair
within 4 (four) weeks if you have not received registration papers. BUYER
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSFER & BRAND INSPECTION FEES!
8. All “no sales” must be announced by the seller before the horse leaves the
ring. All sales are final once the horse leaves the sale ring. The horse then
becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids.
10. All horses will be guaranteed sound. Guarantee stands for five (5) days!
11. All other guarantees are between buyer and seller.

“Roanie” is a very smart mare with amazing
ability that I have raised, owned, and trained
from birth. 15.2 hands, 1200 Ib. and sired by a
well proven performance horse. She has always
been willing to please and has no buck. She has
an incredible fast walk, smooth trot and lope,
and likes to step out. Good to go after several
months turned out to pasture. Extremely cowy, I
have used her on the ranch for sorting, roping,
branding and moving cows. Good on trails in
the mountains crossing rivers, logs and leading a
pack string. Has been patterned on barrels and
headed and heeled off of in the arena. She is
good with her feet and shoeing, loads good and
stands quiet in the trailer. Extremely responsive
to leg pressure and very soft in the mouth. I
have been impressed with this horses’ mind and
ability to work and learn. I have enjoyed how
quick and easy it is to teach her new things over
the years. If you’re looking for an athletic horse
that likes to move and that you can ride light
handed, then Roanie could be the one for you.

gelding that stands 15.2 hands with excellent
confirmation and brilliant color. Uno is a kind
horse with a gentle disposition and is very
athletic. He is extremely soft in the mouth,
side passes, opens gates and moves off your
legs well. We are only Uno’s second owners
and have enjoyed him both in the arena and on
the trail. In the arena, Uno transitions
smoothly between gates and has a collected
trot and lope. On the trail, Uno travels well
with a brisk walk and crosses water, bridges,
logs, brush and rocky terrain with ease. Uno
has worked for a living, leading pack strings
and traveling many miles in the mountains. He
has been around cattle and pulls hard from the
horn. Uno is good with his feet and easy to
shoe. He ties, loads and hauls well, is easy to
catch and good around other horses and dogs.

hearted horse. He saddles up and
rides of the same every time. Ride
him once a week or once every two
months and he is the same evey ride.
He has been ranched on doctoring
calves, drug calves to the fire &
moves & sorted pairs. We have both
roped both ends on him in the arena.
Laura has mainly heeled on him but
I started heading on him last
summer. He scores good and gives
you a great shot. This horse has a ton
of cow in im and will really watch
one. Maverick has also been in the
mountains his fair share and is a nice
trail horse and gets around good in
the backgountry. We have packed
him and he will pack meat or camp.

fantastic reigning cowhorse training
foundation that gives him the ability
to go anywhere you want to. Has a
wicked stop and can spin a hole in the
ground. Picks up leads beautifully
and will go where you point him.
This gelding has some great moves
with power and quickness. The kids
ride him around the place, chase
steers in the roping pen and practice
rodeo events on him. He has been
started roping, but needs to be
finished in any direction that you
want to take him. Would make a
fantastic breakaway, calf roping horse
or a sweet little heel horse. He’s
cowey with the desire to have a job.
He has been rode on and off the past
two years and every time you get on
him he’s the same guy that you turned

geldings that is good in the arena and is
also tough as nails. He was raised on
some of the largest ranches in
California. He has seen thousands of
cattle. Great to brand, sort, an doctor
on. He can really really run. Will spot
one out there an blow to him with lots
of rate. Great outside, has been in really
rough country an never bobbles. Just as
good on either end and will stop! The
right size to head or heel. With little
time would make a great calf horse.
Ties off and holds one as long as you
want. He is a very easy keeper with no
vices that I have found and I have put
him in a lot of sticky situations and
nothing bothers him. Ranch, Rope,
Hunt, or just a nice trail or he will do it
all. I guarantee him 100% sound with
