The Cabana Pool Bar is available to host your summer event every Tuesday to Friday
starting in June until the end of September 2016. We are open from 11:00 am until
11:00 pm.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
All Groups will receive a reserved seating area on the patio starting from your guest
arrival to your anticipated departure.

BAR STRUCTURE
Choose from one of our 3 bar services

Host Bar: Guests are able to approach any open bar for beverage services, to
be billed to your organization following the event.

Drink Tickets: Guests are issued customized drink tickets with your company
name and event date, which are provided to your group coordinator for
distribution.

Cash Bar: Guests may purchase drinks at their own expense

Oliver & Bonacini is our exclusive provider for all the Food served at Cabana Pool
Bar. Our Food and beverage service is provided using biodegradable and disposable
settings. Select one of our delicious food options in our menu page.

A 20-person group minimum is required for any BBQ Packages and a minimum
order of $500 for sharing platters and canapés.

Food & Beverage services include food & beverage servers, bartenders as well
as on-site culinary staff

Wildgoose Scavenger Hunt
Wildgoose Scavenger Hunt is an interactive, team building scavenger hunt that utilizes tablets and
customizable apps for each unique event and company. Groups will be divided into teams, where they will
follow a pre loaded map and quests found on their tablets to find clues and solve challenges at various
checkpoint, to be the first team to reach the finish line.
HOW TO PLAY

Groups will be divided into teams of 5-10 participants
Each team will receive their own tablets with pre loaded features such as maps, instant feedback and
live scoreboard

Every team must complete each checkpoint to move on to the next by answering skill testing questions
and physical challenges that can be located in their tablets

keeper.

The ultimate indoor sports facility, with the latest turf surface, that plays, looks and feels like real grass. This
55,000 sq.ft. Indoor space is suitable for soccer, rugby, ultimate Frisbee, dodge ball and touch/flag football.
Available all year round, this facility features two climate controlled fields. There is a maximum of 22 players on
the indoor field at one time.

Take a refreshing dip in our patio pool on the weekday. Four feet deep throughout, the pool is an ideal spot
to cool off and relax. The pool is only available on weekdays due to the weekend events. The costs listed are
not for private bookings. Please inquire for private pool rentals. Change rooms, lockers and shower facilities
available on the patio.

Driving Range
Featuring two tiers of unobstructed outdoor play, our 300-yard Driving Range offers 58 tees, all lit for nighttime

Additional Information
Weather
As the client, you are entitled to cancel the event due to inclement weather up to 72 hours prior to the event
date. At this time, you may wish to reschedule the event, and use your deposit as a credit towards the new
date. If you choose to continue with your original scheduled date and it does rain, we will do our best to
accommodate you and your group based on the available alternate activities.
Please note: There is no guarantee that indoor spaces will be available, unless contracted separately.
Parking
Parking is available at a standard rate of $10 per vehicle in the front parking lot. Host parking is also available if
arrangements are made in advance.
