Ventilation ducts are strategically placed to prevent the front window from fogging and keep your feet warm in cold weather. The rounded cab further enhances the airflow to keep you comfortable during long hours of work. Deluxe Instructor’s Seat (Optional) The optional foldable instructor’s seat – useful for giving tutorials to new operators – features a wider cushion for greater riding comfort, yet maintains spaciousness to the cab even when used. GRAND × COMFORT Finger-touch Power Shuttle Cleverly located behind the steering wheel, the new finger-touch Power Shuttle lever offers easy shifting between forward and reverse. The lever is always close at hand regardless of the steering wheel’s tilt (up/down) or telescopic (front/back) position. ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED COCKPIT The Grand X’s advanced cab is designed for greater operating comfort. All displays, levers and controls – including those for audio and air conditioning – are strategically located on the right console or around the steering wheel for easy access and intuitive operation. Tilt and Telescopic Power Steering with integrated Shuttle Lever Tilt and telescopic steering offers the ideal driving position while power steering makes steering easier even in rough terrain. The Power Shuttle lever is always at hand regardless of the steering wheel position. Deluxe Air-ride Seat The Grand X is equipped with a reclining and automatic height- and weight-control air- suspension seat that’s especially designed to absorb shock and reduce operator fatigue. The seat also features a left-and-right swivel function, which eases rearward viewing, as well as entering and exiting. GRAND × VIEW Excellent circumferential visibility The Grand X provides a wide and virtually unobstructed field of view from every angle thanks to the new rounded cab with no centre pillars. The cab has also been raised to provide a higher viewpoint, while the boom mower and mower conditioner are positioned for greater rearward visibility. The bottom-hinged windscreen wiper enhances visibility by wiping the lower glass area, right up to the front tyres. Plus, the standard-equipped under-hood corner-post exhaust pipe is specially placed to remain out of the way and give a clear view. Offset implements are also easy to see, and the wide opening doors make entry and exit easier. Best rear view To help you perform jobs more efficiently and safely, the lower rear panel has been replaced with glass. You’ll always have a clear view of what’s going on behind you. New Opening/ Closing Roof Panel Radio-CD Player with Weather Band Audio controls are also moved to the right control console for easier access to controls and weather information. The roof panel can be tilted open to provide fresh-air ventilation for added comfort. It also provides a full view above making it especially handy when raising the front loader. In Travel mode, the gears will be adjusted depending on road conditions and amount of acceleration; uphill and downhill. In Field mode, a downshift of 2 gears occurs once the three-point hitch has been raised. Field mode also keeps drops in PTO revolution to a minimum when the PTO switch is engaged. Light soil FTo maintain optimum working speed in the least demanding terrain, the transmission stays in your preset gear, for example 8th. Heavy soil For working in heavy soil, the transmission automatically downshifts to 7rd gear, then to 6nd, and 5st if required. When the terrain changes to light soil, the transmission automatically shifts back up to 8th. GRAND × HANDLING rpm KUBOTA ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(K-EMS) rpm Speed monitoring Integrated Control System The Grand X engines feature a fully electronic controlled engine that keeps the revolution constant, preventing engine drops due to working conditions to enable stable operation. Used with the transmission’s Auto Mode feature, Work Cruise makes working with PTOdriven implements much more efficient. An integrated controller area network (CAN) connects all microprocessors (engine, transmission, hydraulics, operational controls) monitoring tractor status and operator actions to provide optimal, integrated control of the tractor effizient. RPM Dual Memory With the press of a button, you can now pre-set and save up to two frequently used engine RPM settings. So whether you have a favourite setting for heavy work, changing directions or making turns, your Kubota runs just the way rpm you want, without having to adjust the throttle. Bi-speed Turn The standard-equipped Bi-Speed Turn system provides the quick and agile manoeuvrability you need to tackle narrow sections such as the furrows for crops without damaging the headlands. Well-sealed Bevel-gear Front Axle Another Kubota exclusive, the bevel- gear front-wheel drive enables the tractors to achieve a tight turning radius, thanks to a generous 50 ° wheel- turning angle, enabling easier handling in varying conditions. The bevel gear design eliminates open U-joints and all components are hermetically sealed in oil. It works seamlessly with the shock absorber to smoothly negotiate rough terrain. GR AND × PERFORMANCE Without Front Suspension System Getting bogged down in mud will no longer slow you down with this feature. Simply engage the electrohydraulic differential locks on both front and rear wheels to achieve positive traction—and you’re up and out and back on the job. High Ground Clearance High Ground Clearance The front bevel gear construction and theposition of the propeller shaft enable a extreme high ground clearance in this range. Tough, demanding jobs with tight deadlines aren’t a problem for these tractors. Perfect combination of Tractor and Front Loader Kubota’s original Front Loader is specially designed to be fully integrated with the design of the Grand X, and provides dramatically increased lifting power, perfect for farm use. It not only gives a sleeker look, it provides better visibility and clearer sight lines to the bucket and loader sides for smoother operation. R A E L C & E WID High Performance Hydraulic System The hydraulic system deliver up to 83 l/min (M135 GX) for the hydraulic capacity for highest productivity at the work with the front loader. Hydraulic control valve: Two high performance control valves are serial equipted (1 x double acting with float detent, 1 x double acting self canceling detent). An unloading valve avoid needless power losses. High-capacity External Hydraulic Cylinder For the smoothest implement handling and extra speed of front loader and rear implement operations, the Grand X comes equipped with gear-type hydraulic pumps. An external hydraulic cylinder improves lifting force and eases access for maintenance, while the adoption of an unload valve minimises loss to hydraulic pressure to exert greater power during PTO operations when the 3-point hitch is not in use. Maximum lifting capacities are 6100kg (M135GX) and the 5000 kg (M110GX). Quick Hook-type 3P End This timesaving feature allows you to quickly attach and detach implements with an easy-to-operate hook. The Series Circuit makes possible simultaneous boom and bucket operation while the Regenerative Bucket Dump Circuit enables quick dumping for efficient operation with quick cycle times. (Joystick picture features optional 3rd function valve button) The KSR absorbs loader shock and reduces operator fatigue. This option is perfect if your tasks include a great deal of tight turns or lifting and dumping of heavy loads. It effectively takes the “bounce” out of handling round bales. Conveniently located behind the steering wheel, the hydraulic shuttle lever eliminates the need to depress a clutch when shifting between forward and reverse.
