These discounted rates are based on room availability and may be subject to a two-night minimum stay during peak season. A 50% deposit is required within seven days of the time the group sales agreement is issued, and prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your designated contact person will be asked to provide a room list of your guests. A two-night minimum stay may be required during peak season. Please contact the group sales office at (831) 662-7129. All vendors must be approved by Seascape. This includes florists, DJs, musicians, photographers, and bakeries. Reception Rooms are available for 5 hours per event. The Bluff and Reception Room are available 90 minutes prior to the event for setup and deliveries. No rice, confetti, rose petals, or birdseed to be thrown on property. Prices and menus may be subject to change without notice. 4 frequently asked questions the deposit? HOW MUCH IS ARE menu tastings The amount required is $2,000. This amount is non-refundable should you cancel or change your date. WHEN IS THE ? Menu Tastings may be arranged through the social events manager and are charged to the individual at the time of the tasting. Menu Tastings are available on Wednesdays between the hours of 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. The Menu Tasting must be requested a minimum of 14 days prior to the date desired and subject to Chef availability. Salads and Entrées are available for tastings (maximum of 2 selections per item). deposit due? The deposit is due 7 days from the date we place a tentative hold on your wedding. You will receive a group sales agreement in the mail, which you will need to sign and return with your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days of the date sent, we will give you a courtesy call. WHEN WILL YOU PROVIDE US WITH A OUR EVENT AND The social events manager will guide you through the planning stages, ceremony, and through the start of your reception. After the social events manager departs, your banquet supervisor will oversee your event. FOR After the menu appointment takes place, your coordinator will provide you with an estimated cost for your wedding, which will include all food and beverage: 50% of this total will be due 6 weeks prior to the wedding. The final remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to the wedding. ARE tax and service fees I N C L U D E D I N Y O U R PA C K A G E P R I C E ? A 20% service fee is added to the package price and beverages. Sales tax is applicable to all services (except non-hosted beverages). HOW MUCH TIME IS ALLOWED FOR ? W H AT I S T H E “guaranteed guest count” AND WHEN IS IT DUE ? The minimum guaranteed count must be specified at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. The number will be considered the definite count. It may go up, but cannot be reduced. The final count must be specified at least seven (7) days prior to the event. If the guarantee given is for 100 people, the resort will set up and prepare for the guaranteed number. For groups smaller than 25 people, a labor charge of $50.00 will be assessed.
