Prior to receiving or requesting payment information from a consuriw~r, the S!í.) Ride

is good for two years from the date it is issued by the SkyRlde Defendants at any ofj~s affliates,
parers, or vendors; or (c) the consumer can cancel the request and will not be chag'i)(1 any
amount or fees for the cancellation.

With respect to gift certifcates. the SkyRide Defendants are hl2lreby ordered t,~ ,:ic1ntact the
consumer (whether the consumer be the onginal purchaser or curent holder ofthe gin ,::i:rtificate)
to inorm hi as to the statu of any scheduling request wit1n twenty-four (24) hour,; iifter
receiving said scheduling request from the conswner. Withn seven (7) day.s afer rel,i:iving a
scheduling request, the SkyRide Defendants shall contact the conswner by te:lephone lll.c in

gift certificates.

Consumer Affairs shall POSI~ as actual (::nsumers,
and go through the entire process of purchasing adventure packages and/or trps :ill~Jugh the
SkyRide Defendants' customer service agents or other representatives.. Aft,;:r being in iinned by
the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs tha the parcular "test-shopP" purch~(~i. were not
actu purchases, the SkyRide Defendants are hereby ordered to "'unwind" or (:~:t(:el these
transactions, including but not limited to all booking fees or other cost~ associai~~ci with the
completion of any purchase. To "unwind" a "test shop", the Governor's: Offce (f :onsumer
Affairs shall notify the SkyRide Defendants that it has conducted and completed a ", :l;3t shop",

(whether via letter, facsimile, electronic mail, or filed with the Betti;,r Business B1ir::,Lu) to or
about the SkyRide Defendants or Defendant Atlanta SC regardig the Sk:(Ride DuÊC:ndants or
Defendat Atlanta SC's business practices, along with inormation on all a.ctons t~~ ~n by the
SkyRide Defendants or Defendant Atlanta SC to address and resolve said complaît~. The first
