Conference Prayer 29th ANNUAL CLEVELAND CATHOLIC CHARISMATIC CONFERENCE Guest Speakers Peter Herbeck It is in you, O Lord, that we place our trust and confidence. is the Vice President and Director of Missions for Renewal Ministries. He has been actively involved in Catholic renewal throughout the U.S., Canada, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Peter is a co-host on The Choices We Face, and is featured in the new television program Crossing the Goal. He is the author of two books, a Board Member of the National Fellowship of Men, and a frequent conference speaker on various aspects of discipleship, evangelization and the spiritual journey. You have proclaimed, “I am the way, the truth, and the life… No one goes to the Father except through me.” Your beatitudes teach us godliness, guiding us to yourself. Luke 24: 11b-12 Contemporary Christian Music by the Sts. Cosmas & Damian Prayer Group Music Ministry The Most Reverend A. James Quinn was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Cleveland in 1958. He has served as pastor of St. Francis Parish, Medina. He was ordained Auxiliary Bishop and appointed Vicar General of our diocese in 1983. After serving as pastor, Chancellor, Financial Secretary, and Vicar General for our diocese, he retired from administration in 2008. comes from Ghana in West Africa. He had a profound conversion experience at the age of twenty through the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. His passion for the Lord took him to Uganda, East Africa where he served as a lay missionary for two years. For ten years, he served as the ICCRS representative for Anglophone Africa. He has ministered in over 35 countries. He currently serves on the Service team of the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Charismatic Renewal. Renee Marazon is a Catholic author, consultant, and conference/retreat presenter. She serves on the Catholic Charismatic Renewal National Service Committee and is actively involved in her home parish. She also serves as Coordinator of Parish Renewal Ministries for the Diocese of Toledo, Ministry to Catholic Charismatic Renewal. She has presented parish missions, retreats, and workshops, for laity, priests, and religious. Her passion is to share the joy and excitement of “life in the Spirit” with all those she meets. Father Robert Franco has been active in the Charismatic Renewal since he was 19 and states that his vocation flowed from it. He has been the Bishop’s Liaison for Charismatic Renewal in the Cleveland Diocese since 1992. He is pastor of St. Peter’s Church in North Ridgeville. He is also involved in the International Fraternity of Priests and is the former editor of their newsletter.
