Kelége and his staff frequently work for months on a single design or piece of jewelry to ensure that their clients receive nothing short of perfection. “Design is always subjective,” says Jack. “You may like a style or not. Call 877.6.KELEGE, or email us at info@jackkelege.com, with the style number, your center stone size, shape, and finger size to receive a price quote and time estimate. 2. Send us a written Purchase Order. Upon receipt of your Purchase Order, we will send you a Purchase Order Confirmation Sheet. 3. When the Purchase Order Confirmation Sheet is signed and faxed back to us, we will begin manufacturing your order. Your quoted time estimate begins only after the Purchase Order Confirmation Sheet is faxed back. Most orders take between 4-6 weeks to complete. Please have your order’s reference number ready when calling for a job update. Although diamonds are naturally very hard, they can be shattered or chipped if not cared for properly. Likewise, gold and platinum, though very durable, can bend and deform through misuse. Following a few general rules will ensure that your jewelry will last for generations: 1. Keep your jewelry clean, especially rings; they tend to collect dust, hand cream and soap behind the stones. 2. To clean your jewelry, spray with any household glass cleaner with ammonia, gently scrub with soft toothbrush, rinse under warm running water, and blow-dry to prevent water spots. 3. When storing, wrap each piece individually in tissue paper or in jewelry bags. 4. Exercise caution with your ring when: a. Clapping. b. Gripping a steering wheel. c. Wearing multiple rings next to one another. 5. Do NOT wear rings when: a. Handling gardening tools. b. Exercising with weights. c. Lifting heavy objects, etc. 6.
